Slightly bigger room, the triple was snug for 3 adults - but would have been perfect for a couple with a young child.

I missed having a fridge in the room, but the reception staff accommodated by storing my food in the lobby fridge. Similarly, the lack of a safe box and basic amenities like glasses, cups, and a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience, but the helpful lobby staff promptly provided them upon request.

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The welcoming reception, smooth elevator, daily room cleaning, in-room closet, balcony, and available mirror all contributed to a pleasant and convenient experience.

Parking a car is not so easy. It takes time to find a free place and some money. It was a bit noisy one night because of the people spoke loudly on the street outside.

The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. The staff was really kind and helpful. There is elevator, it’s also a positivity. The nearest bus station is 3 min on foot.

Beds were small and so was the shower

Really clean, functional room. Round the corner (ish) from cafe mambo, monkey etc. Good value for money and perfect for if you just need a clean and easy place to sleep.

No vegan options within their bar/resteraunt otherwise we would have dined at the hotel one evening.

Perfect location. It's a few minutes walk away from San Antonio beach/strip. There are multiple supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel for snacks etc. Towels and bedding were clean. Air con effective and free WiFi available. Will definitely stay here again.

Other quests, the people in room next to us shouted and argued all night, we didn't get any sleep after arriving late.

The safe in our room didn’t work and the drain in the shower was slow to empty - but I flagged this up and the drain was sorted out

It was modern, clean and airy. We paid a little extra for a terrace and this added a feeling of space. The beds and towels were made and changed each day

The shower - the clip was broke so the shower head kept falling down anytime I showered. Also a shelf or somewhere in the shower for toiletries would be very helpful.

The bedroom needs a mini fridge. Cleaning wise we had issues one of the days but once we gave the alert it was quickly solved. The reception staff is absolutely wonderful, Alicia is not only extremely nice and sweet but also very helpful always with a smile on her face. Thank you Alicia!

- room door wasn’t tight enough - we saw light from the corridor all night plus you can only imagine the noise from the corridor - small tv - clean but old toilet

- location was good - close to the center but really quite at night - really good breakfast
