We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very friendly staff! I arrived at this hotel in Ribes way too early after my morning hike, but nonetheless, I was permitted to check-in at midday, which was fantastic. Thank you again for this! Basic room, but offering all necessities. The breakfast was amazing 😍 Great value for money

SpainI m english so could have done with a kettle for tea and hot water and we were on a budget and needed to eat several of our meals self catering- the space was not right for that really. It was also noisy next to the road- but thats ok- not the hotels fault really.
it was ideal for what we needed- a low cost, basic space to spend time with my boyfriend while he had a break from work nearby. It was comfy and clean.

United KingdomThe walls are thin so if your neighbour is noisy then you hear a lot. The lighting in the room was a bit basic - some lampshades would really help soften the mood.
Great food, excellent location and really friendly personnel. Excellent value for money and very homely as well. Mostly extremely quiet and as the bed was very comfortable then a good night's sleep was assured.

Really friendly staff who also looked after our bags while we went on a hike. Really generous breakfast of embotits and cheese, pan con tomate, pastries, cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Clean and great value for money. Good sandwich shop just round the corner.
