Everything was OK, given the price!

This is a hotel with great location in the center. Close to the bus stop, and free parking is right behind it. There is another entrance on the main commercial promenade, also there is a restaurant with a bar and really good decent local food, including seafood! Hotel and facilities is not new, but everything was alright. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and big. Great balcony with table and chairs, with the view n the swimming pool. The room is not very big, but it was enought for 2 people. TV and fridge were working.

Everything was perfect. Lovely place. Friendly staff. The room and the bathroom have a good size. Minimarket, bakery, coffeeshop, shops and restaurants a minute walk. As we went beginning of October, the place was very quiet.

As others have said it feels a bit dated. A double room isn't guaranteed, was given twin beds instead. The key card is very sensitive and stops working if left near to a phone, had to change it 3 times.

Great location and the pool was kept very clean (its cold though). Found staff nice and were happy to let me have a drink on the tables near to the pool if I wanted. There is a fridge in the room but no water is provided (this would be nice as arrived late at night when shops were shut). The bus stop is a few minutes away so easy getting to nearby beaches. Air conditioning was good and never felt hot at night.

Rooms don't have many outlets. TV is old if you care about that sort of thing. Would have loved to have a kettle in the room.

Clean room with decent light and a desk. Twin beds can be pushed together for a larger bed if desired. Cleaning staff do a wonderful job making up the room each day. Clothes pins for the drying line is a nice touch. Pool area is nice. Refrigerator in the room is a great bonus.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

It's a lovely 2-star hotel in the small village of Fornells. Everything is simple but sparkling clean and comfortable, lovely staff (daily room service). Great Wi-Fi, fantastic shower, comfortable bed, beautiful balcony, AC, quiet area and a swimming pool. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is in the heart of the village, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Two swimming spots 5-10 min walking and sand beach around 40 min walking (lovely pathway) to Playa Tirant. Great experience also with the diving company "Diving Menorca" just a 5 min from the hotel. If you are driving, it's a great central area to explore both sides of the island. I wish we could stay longer.

Careful with the keycard. You cant have it close to your phone because it will invalidate it

It was lovely! Everybody was super friendly, the balcony is spacious, the a/c works perfectly and the hotel is directly at the harbour. I locked myself out once and they helped without me even asking! I was very grateful

The electric sockets are too close to the light switches and is hard to plug your electrics in without turning the lights on or off. The hotel is evidently old and needs some renovations here and there bit overall is fine, nothing fancy but perfect for a comfortable and cheap stay.

Is basic and yet effective, clean, well equipped, all you need for a nice stay in Fornells (specially if you are going to explore the island). The location is fantastic. The restaurant food is delicious and affordable, and the waiters are so friendly, helpful and welcoming!

Nothing not to like

Second time i have stayed here. Everything about it is excellent, great to have a fridge in the room. Clean, tidy, friendly, great pool, great area.

Absolutely nothing to criticise!

I don't normally write reviews, but will do so on this occasion. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the picturesque port of Fornells and the hotel's facilities are excellent for such a modest cost. We particularly liked the pool area and the fact that everything was spotlessly clean. The restaurant is also good!

Not a case of didn't like but there were quite steep steps up to reception and the second floor. Anyone with mobility problems would have struggled.

The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The mini fridge was a great bonus. Also a couple of nights it was chilly and the air con unit had a heating element which was very useful. The walk in shower was fantastic as was the plentiful supply of hot water.

The sound insulation between adjacent rooms isn’t the best.

I love this place and have stayed a few times now. It is a hidden gem in Fornells. Basic but comfortable rooms, nice pool. Lovely helpful staff... Victor ( so patient about my key).. Angie, Sergio, Otto and Jose...thank you all for making us so welcome.

The only negative is that if bad weather there is little to do, but the room has good WiFi and heating.

Large room and bathroom plus balcony. Small fridge in room. Swimming pool. Great location in centre of Fornells. although Fornells is tiny. Ideal place to stay if good weather, sea swimming spots and cliff top walks close by.
