This hostel is definitely a very fancy one. The dorm was spacious, clean and had a nice view of the city. I slept very well. Since it is a hiking area, many guests go to bed early so it's quiet at night. I would totally come back! I also really enjoyed the living room/kitchen area with the garden. The weather was exceptional, the staff - friendly. When I arrived my key for the room was already expecting me on the reception table, packed in an envelope with info. It was a nice gesture, I felt.

There is not much space in the upper bunks.

This hostel was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and its in a great location, only a very short walk into the main square. The staff are very friendly and the vibe is great. Would stay again!

Nothing in particular but the rooms were very warm, and not sure if the air con is working/available. And with the windows open the street was very noisy in the morning

Parking wasn't situated close to the hostel, and it wasn't entirely clear which spots we were able to use.

We stayed in a beautiful 4-bed room and had it all to ourselves. The kitchen was also very nice and we cooked dinner one night. No issues with space or availability. The breakfast was very good as well, although a bit pricey. The next morning we bought our own bread and had a nice breakfast. The Honest Bar, where you can pick up your own drinks and tally them up yourself and pay at check out, was a nice touch.

A bit far from the bus station, didn't have a wifi, didn't have a common space (or I'm not aware of it)

Perfect welcome : very nice lady at the reception, very organised arrival. Clean sheets and overall facilities are clean and functionnal.

The key for the lock under my bed didn't work. There were few places to hang towels in the bathroom.

The incredibly nice interior design is very unique and remarkable. The breakfasts are also definitely above average. Would love to go again.

Nothing really, I'd stay there again.

This is the first time I've stayed in a hostel that looks like one out of a movie: it was small and cozy, in an old building, the rooms were custom decorated and named (I forgot to ask what the inspiration behind this was^^), there were enough stalls in the shared bathroom, and you could enjoy a locally brewed beer in the atmospheric inner courtyard and swap hiking stories over a drink or breakfast with the other guests. The staff, the atmosphere, the location.. everything was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with hiking advice and one of my personal highlights was the possibility to do laundry (which the hostel I stayed at the previous week didn't offer^^). The Preisleistungsverhältnis, as they call it in German, was top :)

There should be a no shoes rule in the room.

The location was great for lots of hiking paths. Lots of options to eat around and a supermarket very close by if you want to cook.

Like staying in a boutique hotel. Wonderful. Visited in spring, It was very rainy and cold and the whole place was warm. They even lit the log burner in the afternoon. So many lovely touches. The house is elegant and pristine. Bathrooms modern and immaculate. Comfortable beds and the place even smelled nice. Cannot recommend enough.

the air in the bedroom could get a little stale, which made it hard to sleep sometimes

This is really nice and stylish hostel with kind staff. There is fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toilets and showers. I feltmy privacy even I stayed in 14-beds room. It is possible to pay extra for delicious breakfast.
