The Gym requires a little bit of investment - some free weights for example! some of the machines are showing their age.. Nothing has changed/ been replaced there and I have stayed there a number of times over the last number of years.

In case any improvements are considered the only thing I can think of is that there is no kettle in the room or other option to make tea.

The room was overheated and we couldn’t reduce the temperature other than by leaving the window open full time; not eco friendly!

Despite its location on a busy street, we found the hotel quiet and relaxing. Our room was comfortable with adequate space and a good shower. Good breakfast buffet. Reception always staffed. An easy walk into the city centre for restaurants, shopping etc.

I like to have a tea when I wake up so that facility would have been nice. The restaurant was nice.

Nice large room, no tea or coffee making facilities and the restaurant and bar are in the sister hotel Jamie across the street. Mini bar available for water, fizzy drinks and crisps.

One thing was that my car was to big for the parking but the staff helped out with a one-night solution. I don’t consider the VW Touran to be a big car but if so a hint to that limitation on the space available in the underground garage is certainly something I would expect. The wifi connection in room was terrible to non existing. One night can do without but if I would stay longer that would have become an issue. Not sure whether that was due to our room to be in a corner or a general issue but that needs to be addressed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room did. meet our expectations (superior room) and was spacious with a comfortable bed. Location in the center was great and we had a nice walk and a good dinner in a recommended restaurant.

The location of the hotel was a little disappointing for tourists due to lack of restaurants, bars and tourism destinations within walking distance.

The check in was extremely long. For a 4 stars hotel it should be much faster (either more staff or less questions, but definetly not making a family of 5 wait for so long). The garage entry is ridiculously small! Is such that there are marks of cars scrached all the way down. We were driving a Mercedes E-class and it was really hard to enter!

It's a 4 stars hotel and therefore is comfortable, clean and have the right temperature. I liked the music in the garage. Great idea to feel better when you need to pick up something from the car! Location is nice.

We didn't take breakfast as we have stayed before and didn't find it value for money. Perhaps it's a better offering now but we're now into the Spanish way of a light breakfast and main meal during the afternoon.

Located in the center, but I’ve been there just for a night, to be closer to Castellon airport after visiting Valencia. The staff was nice and friendly and help me with booking a taxi for the next morning and printing boarding cards.

The hotel has an underground carpark which was really useful as parking in the city is a nightmare. However the entrance and ramps are really tight. we have an Opel Combo…I wouldn’t want to use the carpark with a car that was too much bigger!
