Soundproofing not the best, but for the price I couldn't really moan.

Booked it in the morning of the stay, excellent value for money. Very clean, comfortable, and a great location. Definitely stay again ( USB socket by the bed is a nice touch)

The room was attractive and the balcony had a great view including a storks' nest. The location was superb and the breakfast was nice.

Very good location, in the centre. but not accessible with the car. Altogether bed is very confortable you might need ear tampons if you have a light sleep. Not because it is noisy pee se. But you can ear some stuff outside the room. There is no staff on site but whenever I called to report a need they answered right away and made it happen. I recomend for a short stay in Salamanca..Very good price/quality and they accept pets

The pillows.

It's pet friendly. Even in the bar. It was cheap and had the breakfast included. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows not so much. And the best part, we didn't have to talk to anybody. The self check-in was really good.

The instructions of how to find the parking were not very clear, so it was difficult to navigate in the city center.

Location of the hotel is very central and the view through the window is great. It's not noisy from the outside. The room was simple, but cosy. The hotel offers private paid parking posibility which was very easy to book. Great price.

I found the bed and, especially, the pillows too hard. I normally do not mind this kind of things, and I am usually lucky enough to sleep well wherever. However, in this case, I woke up several times throughout the night with a stiff neck.

Location is excellent, right next to the Plaza Mayor in Salamanca, in the heart of the old town. It is an old building, but the rooms are renovated in a modern and clean way, with even a balcony to chill and watch people going about.

Salamanca old town was under street construction, made it difficult to access the hotel. Also we didn’t get the card to enter at the room. So we to walk again the Mercado. Even though we are ok with new system, they should stay that the hotel doesn’t a front desk per se. You need get assistance in another place, this was disappointed.

The bed seemed too small and too soft for 2 people. The bathroom could use better ventilation. Be aware, that there is no parking at the hotel, so if you come by car, you'll have to find a private parking. The reception was very helpful with that.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Salamanca. The terrace had a great view over the old city center and a stork family. Room was nice and clean. Nice bathroom. It was fine with the digital key-system once we found out, how it worked.

No staff, no room key.

So again, this is a new type of hotel that does not have staff. I’m an international traveller and so could not check-in online as I do not have a Spanish identification card. You need to walk to another hotel and check in there. Then return to your hotel. To access the front door and your room door you must use your phone. I enjoy exploring without my phone sometimes but because of this reliance on tech I could not do this. Furthermore, if you phone battery dies you’re stuck. As the ‘reception’ desk is not always staffed. One evening I ridiculously had to alter my plans as my phone battery was dying and therefore I would not be able to access the hotel ‘key’ on my phone. I had to return to my room, wait for my phone to charge, then head out again. A little absurd I think. Our reliance on technology made this stay more difficult than it should have been.
