The check in, as nobody was there, yes it is very simple to access and functions well, but nobody there should you need anything.

Location is great, only a short walk from the city centre, main beach opposite and a short walk from large shopping centre and city centre. Great location.

Hotel is right in front of a very busy street, so if you are noise sensitive you wouldn't like it. They leave you ear plugs, but if you like to sleep with window open i don't think it would be enough.

Nice, clean hotel, on a good location. Rooms are like in the photos. It's a self check-in hotel, directions are very easy to follow, you get pin for front door and box with a key for room, also there is video for direction from bus station to hotel.

- We found the bed very uncomfortable. The mattress and the pillows are rock hard. Also, while we appreciate that the room is small, the bed was very short. My Husband's feet were hanging off the end and this meant we didn't sleep well during our stay.

- The first thing we noticed when entering the room was how clean it smelled. I am usually not 100% happy with the cleanliness of hotel rooms, but it was spotless and smelled so lovely. - Great location - it's far away enough from the main town that you aren't disturbed by people late at night, but close enough that it's only a short walk to all restaurants etc. Very close to the beach, too! The end of the beach where the hotel is situated is much more quiet and seems to be the end used by locals rather than tourists; which we enjoyed! - Very close to access for Castillo de Santa Barbara! - Lovely view of the sunrise in the morning - Despite all the previous reviews mentioning the sound of the road, we didn't hear it at all at night! Just ensure that the window is fully closed (handle pulled tightly closed) and you genuinely won't hear a thing. - Lovely smelling shower gel provided - We really appreciated how nice and soft the towels were - Excellent value for money for this area

Heating is listed as a facility in the room, but actually the air-condition in my room did not have a heating function, so that was a disappointment. The nights can still be chilly in March, so it would have been useful. The road in front of the hotel is a 2x3 lane very busy road, day and night, but I read about it in the other reviews. So unless you are ok with a lot of noise, don't book this hotel. What I was not expecting was that there is some kind of construction going on in the building or nearby, which brought a disturbing sound of drilling every morning. Guests should have been informed of that. The shower cabin door was missing in the bathroom, because, as I later found out, a previous tenant broke it. I guess this will be fixed soon, but still, these were little, but disappointing things in an otherwise good hotel.

The hotel is close to the centre, about 800 meters and the reception sent me a video on how to get there from the bus stop, which was very useful. It also overlooks the beach which is beautiful and my room was comfortable, on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The information about self-check-in was communicated via WhatsApp, which was easy. The staff was quick to answer my questions, even though I arrived after 9pm.

Room was so clean and location is amazing. Also Bed was comfortable. The room was same with the picture what I saw the pictures in the Booking.com. I could see sunrise from my room. Room was bit small, but it was ok for 1 person. If I go to Alicante again, I will book again!!! Thank you very much!!

Thin walls, We could hear other guests talking and having a shower at night.

Excellent sea views and comfortable bed. Excellent having a kettle, fridge, free bottle water, tea and coffee in room. Really liked having two chairs and table in the room.

The hotel is next to the Highway and it is pretty loud especially when you open the windows. Though I was aware of this situation beforehand and also the owner informed us about it beforehand.

The location of this hotel room is very nice and the beach view is just amazing. The room was also very clean and also the room owner provided us with some welcome drinks. My partner likes the beach view. It is not the best view you can get but it is worth the money. Public transport is also pretty close by and there is a direct bus that goes to the Airport from the nearby bus station.

No ventilation at all, I didn’t recognize it from the beginning, but started to feel dizzy. So I and up to sleep with an open window, it was a bit cold and very noisy from the outside, but at least I could breath.

Everything was clean, comfortable bed, kettle and water in the room, the room has everything you need.
