Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived at mid night, we can easily find hotel due to hotel signboard light. Instruction to enter hotel was shared before arrival is clear and easy to understand. Complimentary water, coffee and tea making facility.

We had a very nice accommodation in Granada with Itinere Rooms (IR). Very conveniently located. Cynthia met us at the street to take us to the garage. Cynthia and the staff were very helpful. Every wish was fulfilled via WhatsApp. Just in case, they showed us how to turn on the heating. We were given an extra blanket for our cold feet. Next time in Granada we will book IR. We recommend IR.

Our stay at the Itinere Rooms was excellent froma start to finish I waa contacted prior to arriving by whatsapp with lots of info and any question i had was answered immediately. Cynthia met us to check in and show us round she was super informative. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was enormous with lovely clean sheets. The bathroom and shower were good also. There is a communal kitchen where you can make a drink..also a microwave and crockery and a water cooler which is always handy. When we were leaving we got a message to say our train back to Malaga was delayed. Cynthia was most helpful translating and calling the company to sort out for us. Would highly recommend Itinere Rooms to anyone.it is excellent value for money.

Bathroom, doors, windows are very old, walls are thin and noisy, we couldn’t sleep until 2am because of the neighboring room and voices at outside.

Rooms are little bit small, but bed is very comfortable. Staff is very kind and informative.

Cynthia was a very hospitable host, made us feel welcome and was easily contactable . The room was spacious and comfortable . The location is excellent , on the first floor of a building near the city centre and walkable to all the main sites. Cynthia gave us some great recommendations. Our room was quiet and we appreciated the little kitchen where there was complimentary water and teas.

Very handy location just off Gran Via, nice staff (Cynthia), handy kitchen next to our room, all very nice. Bring your own Nespresso capsules, they charge 50c each if you use theirs.

Everything was amazing. The room was clean. Lovely balcony with the view. Really close to the center, great location. A huge advantage was having shampoos in the bathroom as well as the iron, hair dryer. Host was approachable and amazing. Tv has Netflix and YT, great air conditioning and heating.

A pleasant and clean apartment that contains everything you need for your stay. Everything is as described online. The staff is very friendly and the location is great, close to the center and all sights. We also had secure parking (paid) in the underground garage so we didn't have to worry about the car. And they let us leave the car in the parking lot even after check out, for which we are very grateful. All in all, a recommendation.

Excellent experience! Hosts were super friendly and helpful, communicated and answered questions very fast. The location is great - near old town and center! The room was super nice and cosy and the view from the balcony was amazing. The bed is comfy, the room is very clean and you have all the facilities needed (kitchen, toiletries etc). Thanks and recommend this place!

The sheets maybe, it's very cold and it's easy to get sick. The bed could have been warmer.

Very Clean. Location right in the city center, close to the bus stop and easy to buy stuff. Comfortable to sit around and rest, there's space, balcony, a tv, a little desk, bed side table etc

The staff was really friendly and always there whenever I have any questions or asks. The room was casual and clean and I liked how it reflects Granada's colors. Also, the location is close to most of the attractions.

Very helpful, friendly and professional service. We were contacted via whatsapp even before arriving at the hotel and all questions were answered before we could even ask. The location of the hotel was good and it had its own parking spaces, the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the hotel had free high-speed internet. The hotel had its own shared kitchen corner, where you could heat up food, make tea and coffee. We were very satisfied and recommend it.
