Great location - only a few minutes walk away from a lovely beach. Lots of shops on the doorstep too. The food was great - lots of variety every day.

Some reception staff are great, others not very helpful, suggesting you come back the next morning when their shift is finished. I expect a 4* hotel in a location where tap water is unsafe to drink to provide bottled drinking water in the room. When I questioned this I was told I could obtain bottled water from the bar, yet when I asked the barman for water he told me I could buy some at the local supermarket - this did not meet with my expectations! Whilst the pillows are great, the bed toppers are a little uncomfortable

This large resort hotel occupies a great seafront location, yet you have to go around the back of the hotel to get in. Facilities are very good with a choice of pools, each with its own bar, there are games facilities and sports onsite too. The all-inclusive option is popular and provides more than enough food and drink options from the main restaurant - there are also two themed restaurants onsite. My room was comfortable and the pillows are lovely.

- Crowded restaurant - it was sometimes difficult to get a free table if we came few minutes after the restaurant opened (especially for dinner at 6.30 P.M). Some days were crowded even for breakfast at 8.a.m already. Self service beer at the snack bar (the nearest to the pool) was “out of service” at the time we were there so from time to time there was a long line to wait to get a beer from the bar man. - Parking in front of hotel, by my opinion, needs some renovation (sandy, with some big holes, hard to drive and park on it).

Clean room, very good food with plenty of selections, location close enough to the beach, lovely pools, especially eternity pool (I was even lucky enough to swim a couple of distances from one end of the pool to the other, with no other people in the pool at the time). We went to asian restaurant on friday - the food was great there aswell (but make sure to reserve the place well in advance!). We also liked the spanish dance show and kids loved mini disco. Decent cocktails at Bar salón. Guys from sport animation team (Jamal (?) and the other one with curly hair) - if I get it right, they are new, just started their position few days before our arrival.

Buffet was OK. What really annoyed me was not being able to book the Tapas restaurant as we were told you had to book on a Monday but we stayed Tuesday to Tuesday so advance notice would have helped! Bed sheets were just tucked in and never changed

The resort is super big, you can easily get lost. The indication at the reception was basic, and it took us some time to locate our room. The resort overall needs to be more looked after in terms of cleaning. The towels and the curtains could benefit of an upgrade, as some were ripped. The food was dubious on a few ocassions, especially the beans and carrots, seemed to be stale. The drinks were too waterred down.

We had an apartment, which was spacious, the view to the ocean was breathtaking. The food was decent enough, plenty to choose from, but I have had better, but also worse. The italian isle was the best, fresh meat, pasta and amazing pizza.

Unfortunately, the alcohol was cheap and low quality, which was a bit disappointing. Coffee was also horrible. There was some chaos with the outdated activity program, and the entertainment was poor. The towels were smelling musty after the first use. The staff only on the reception could speak English, i think the others should know at least some basic words..

The room was spacious and clean, and the comfortable beds and pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the great variety of freshly cooked food and the different types of pools. Overall, we had a nice and relaxing time during our stay.

More could be done for the solo travelers. There was no solo table in the restaurant ( normal for sbh) so it was difficult to talk to other solo travelers.

the lack of cleanliness was surprising. the common areas are dirty, the pool tables are dirty, the sunbeds are broken and dirty. Cockroaches had to be met. Moths in the rooms. The bathroom door is broken…

I stayed 5 days and i had an excellent time in this hotel. I didnt use much things during the day in the hotel, because I wasnt there. There are activities and others, like archery, bingo and so on. I did like the food, everyone can find something... breakfast good and in the evening a big variety of food. My room was simple but equiped with all what I needed. on the map the place looks a bit outside but it isnt, 8 mins to the bus stop from/to the airport. All in all a good place to catch some sun and charge the body battery.

Although the food was varied, with lots of choice, some of the vegetable selections could have been fresher - a lot were overcooked and re-hashed. Not a bad thing to avoid food waste but... Also the breakfast was a bit disappointing as they pre-made large tortillas instead of having an omelette station and no-one seemed to be keen on the tortilla, including me.

Excellent value for money all inclusive - as apparent from the large number of German 'long stay' visitors. Ok, the hotel has worn out a bit but the terraces with multiple pristine pools were particularly good (the heated infinity pool was popular). There were many different areas you could find a sunbed to lounge around on so no problem finding your 'favourite spot' with beautiful views of the beach from many angles/levels.
