Not being part of the main building. you have to cross the street to access the hotel for breakfast. The gym is not at the hotel, is more down the road in a sister hotel.

It’s really close to the beach, great facilities around the hotel and the room is clean and of a good size for a couple. The spa is actually quite good.

Convenience and close to a lovely beach, quiet promenade and nature park. Food selection was incredible and staff worked so hard to keep the buffets well stocked up. Bed very comfortable, lovely street view from bedroom balcony and quiet classy area. Very clean also. Very warm welcoming reception on arrival

Room was spacious and nice, comfy beds and great view over the pools and ocean. Pools are lovely and lots of space on sun loungers. We didn't do all inclusive but the included breakfast was good, huge range of food. Great location near beach and not too far from the central area with a few shops and restaurants close by.

Food is average. Not Spanish at all. Too much fast food, over fried meat, everything was oversalted, but you still can find smth to eat tasty if your stay is short. We booked all incl, which is only partly all incl (food, soft drinks, limited alcohol choice). They have gold all incl. So there are 3 prices in menu: half board, all incl and gold. Anyway, for good alcohol drinks and cocktails, you'll have to pay. I celebrated my birthday there, and the staff ignored it))) There is no hotel beach, only public one (small).

Swimming pools, especially the big one. Sauna is included if you book all incl. SPA, animation - really good. Entertainment is every night) Friendly staff but inattentive. There is a vegetarian/vegan corner. Good fruits and vegetables choice.

The rooms lack the so-called "cherry on the cake". details already need corrections. E.g. the silicones in the bathroom in the shower area are worn out, they must be checked by an operating technician, e.g. the functionality of the water taps. Double beds are composed of two beds. Smoking is allowed in the hotel on the balconies of the rooms. We were not appealed to or attracted by the outdoor hotel grounds. Probably thanks to the "green spars" on the pavement. I recommend replacing the artificial grass in the paving joints with a light grout. Take good care of air conditioning filters, it is very important for guests to have good quality air in the room. I would give the air conditioning 4 points out of 5. Let the cleaning service occasionally wipe the slats of the air conditioning on the ceiling. Some families are noisy in the dining room, which can disturb someone when the space is packed with tables. The dining room is like a beehive.

The hotel is located by a small beach, which is beautiful and clean, wonderful water. The beach and the sea were really a big plus of the stay for us. All-inclusive is good enough, e.g.: the soy steamed vegetables with vegetables were surprisingly very tasty. The duck was great too. Furthermore, the sweet desserts in glasses were surprisingly well-balanced in taste. It is not a problem to order a bottle of wine for the table for dinner as part of the all-inclusive. I liked, for example, the non-alcoholic beer from the bottle at the bar (blue label, beer from Barcelona). Classic - chocolate donuts were great. Being able to assemble your own burger was great too. The coleslaw salad had quite a bit of mayonnaise, but I still liked it with a fresh baguette... The coffee is relatively good for me, I recommend using a coffee bean with a stronger taste. There was no shortage of fruit. Animation for adults at a good to professional level, different external groups of performers perform every night. For children, the animation is lousy. The air conditioning in the room has 3 speed modes. The slowest mode is quiet enough for sleeping. The view from the rooms towards the sea is wonderful. Animations for adults are until about 10 p.m., until 11 p.m. there is still music from the loudspeakers following the theme of the program (quieter than the performance). At exactly 11 p.m. everything shuts down...

Water is the pool was very warm for summer time, would be better with cooler water. Changing the pool towels requires additional payment.

The Beds were not connected together so they were quite flimsy. The cleaning services were completed during the afternoon hours - its littlest late. Its allowed to smoke on balcony - it was a bit smelly from our neighbor. The bathroom was not super clean and the shower was leaking through the Glass cover.

The food was very good. The Gym was amazing with towels and water barrel. The Location was perfect, because of the quietness and the city center was quite close. Beach was also very good as you can choose from the close "natural beach" or the one with the sun bed and beach umbrellas. Staff of the hotel was super friendly.

The room cleaning was not good, after cleaning we found that we still have dirty mattresses and towels. However, the hotel was sustainable which was not acceptable.

one free drink at dinner would have been nice, only available for all inclusive (breakfast has a selection of juice) you can pay for the bar tab at the end (two large sodas is only about 5 euro so good value)

Great spa facilities, half board was a good choice as there is lots of choice for dinner and breakfast pool wasn’t too busy and the Olympic sized pool can also be used for leisure very clean hotel, staff very friendly can book excursions at reception very easily

The in house evening entertainment was awful. The acts that were booked were good, the quality of the in house entertainment was not 4*. 90s night was a large screen showing YouTube videos, mostly not from the 90s, 2 quizzes, awful karaoke night & even worse bingo night. Maybe spend more money on getting professional acts in. There's a L'Or coffee machine in the room, you get 4 free capsules & then they are 50c each to buy replacements.

The spa was wonderful. The food was very good, great choices for vegetarian & vegan.

The biggest swimming pool is not for fun, only used by people who are training. The dining room is way too loud. Groups make a lot of noise. Bicycle rent is possible in front of the hotel, but we booked one street below. 2 min. walk. Dinner served is a 10.

Bar staff are so beyond rude. Strange opening times: Breakfast finishing at 10am in a hotel is way too early. Keep in mind it finishes at 10 on the dot! They even fence it off so you can no longer get to the food! The bar closing at 12am is also too early and you aren't even allowed to sit outside and play cards or anything after that. If you are OK with going to bed early and getting up early on holiday - it's the hotel for you! FYI - if you aren't fully inclusive you need to leave the hotel for lunch as they don't offer any food or snacks at all in the bar.

Incredible location. Delicious restaurants all within walking distance. I rate the hotel very highly. The swimming pools have great opening hours and are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Any issues I had were quickly fixed by staff within a really short space of time. Having a spa on site is a delight. We did breakfast each morning - fantastic and delicious range of food each day. It was a truly relaxing holiday.
