In May with air temperature peaking around 25/27, the unheated pool was too cold for me. I’m sure it would be great one it’s in the 30s. Only a kettle in the room. A hotel at this level should have a decent capsule coffee machine, although there is a bean to cup machine on the ground floor, which is free. Coffee was not great, but I am a bit fussy!

Lovely boutique hotel, superb location a couple of minutes walk from restaurants, bars and the centre and Cathedral, but off a little lane, so it was really quiet. Tastefully decorated, lovely staff, good rooms and very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Excellent roof terrace with sun loungers. Roof top pool. The bedroom windows open, which is a must for me, but there is AC too. Nice shower room.

My wife had trouble sleeping due to it being a little noisy at night/early morning. Not sure if this could be helped much due to the shape/style of the building, like a 'Riyadh in Morocco' with every room on every floor overlooking the main foyer

Room was clean and tidy but there were ants on the floor. May be typical for old buildings.

Beautiful facility, great location where it only takes minutes to the main attractions, and breakfast was amazing. They even cook eggs of your choice at site. Room was cozy and had a spacious washroom which looked luxurious. Very friendly staffs who would go extra miles for my requests (thanks Fran and Marina). Special thanks to Sergio whom helped me a lot during my stay, and even tried to look for chargers for my electronic shaver when it died on me. Loved the view from the terrace and the pool.

Everything was amazing. Just be mindful that the streets are super narrow, so your Uber/cab might not be able to pick you up in front of the hotel. We had to walk a block.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and gave us helpful advice. The location was within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions (e.g., five minutes to the cathedral and the Alcázar). The buffet breakfast was delicious, and they also prepared hot meals (e.g., scrambled eggs) so that it was not sitting there. The bathroom and room was spacious so you did not feel crowded (and the shower water pressure was great!). The room also has a safe, which was great for storing your things. The rooftop also looked nice and had a neat view of the city. Granted, it rained during our trip so we could not take advantage of the rooftop.

The only thing I can think of is needing to request more supplies for the room (toilet paper), and conditioner for hair would be a nice to have.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very nice and helpful with any need we had. Breakfast was good and the location was perfect, very close to the main attractions in Seville. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace!

Our only issue was that we thought the air con in our room wasn’t working but in actual fact the hotel doesn’t turn it on until the end of March so that’s something to bear in mind. The street is busy and noisy outside so it’s not easy to sleep with the window open if it’s very warm and we do come from somewhere that’s usually cold at night! The team did offer to move us to a room with two windows instead of one but we acclimatised eventually to the warm nights. We still loved our stay but wish we’d been able to make the room cool.

A really charming hotel! We had 6 great nights here - all of the staff were so sweet and welcoming, the room was lovely with a balcony window and a good sized bathroom, and the breakfast, as everyone mentions, was absolutely superb. It was in a brilliant location too - 30min walk from the train station and really easy to get across the city to lots of interesting attractions and hidden gems. We also had a beer on the rooftop which has a stunning view over the city. And a note that it’s around the corner from Naked & Famous, an absolutely awesome spot for interesting cocktails.
