Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMinor gripe is the room was on the small side, but was there to sleep only so didn’t matter. It is on the top of a hill so a steep climb, to be fair they do offer a taxi service for this… just not in the super early hours. Great for fitness though
Absolutely stunning hotel, location wise you couldn’t choose better… the views are incredible overlooking the peer. The hotel itself is 5*… you certainly get what you pay for.

The hotel is so quirky but beautiful, we were on our honeymoon and the staff really went out of their way to make our stay extra special! The shuttle service into the town was so useful and it’s a treat to have a pool in the middle of the old town.

There was nothing to fault here, simply the best location (with warm, friendly, professional drivers to take you up and down to the marina, town, even in the pouring rain on those cobbles). Simply the most kind, helpful, warm, generous hearted - How can we make your holiday better? staff.
I didn't just like this gorgeous hotel. I LOVED it, underline, capital, bold letters. The staff, the location (it's over three separate buildings, and that was great for me, to literally go down from my tower bedroom to breakfast, and to the reception area and delightful bar, and to the partly olive shaded, beds and towels aplenty, pool area) Those a la carte breakfasts sitting overlooking the best view ever, in sunshine, or on a less warm day in the restaurant with inspirational, innovative decor. One of those holiday experiences that restores your faith in the leisure industry. Beautiful room and bed/bedding, fabulous shower, daily room service with turn down service. We were given a room upgrade - thank you, to a room with a tiny balcony overlooking the street, but all the rooms that I saw looked fabulous. Also allowed because the hotel was not too busy to have a late departure. Nothing was too much trouble. I don't know what it will be like in high season, but after weeks of grey and gloom in the UK, this was the best restorative, holiday. Beautiful memories, will never forget, and already hatching a plan to get back.

Fantastic location and an unusual, historic property, making every room slightly different and unique. The staff were all excellent, making us feel more like family.

United KingdomNothing we didn’t like. Be aware though there are some relatively steep slopes to walk up so you do need to be mobile and there were stairs leading up to the rooms in the building we stayed in. The hotel do have golf cart style vehicles to help guests and bags if required.
My husband, 9 year old daughter and I stayed here in late Oct 2023, just at the end of the main tourist season in Ibiza. It was quiet but that was exactly what we’d wanted! The hotel is fantastic - in an amazing location high up in the old part of town. We loved the view from our balcony and the bath on the balcony too! The room was well equipped, with comfy beds and a pillow menu which my daughter took advantage of! The breakfasts were excellent - plenty of choice and amount of food to keep us going for the day! The hotel staff were extremely attentive and I liked the ability to send reception a WhatsApp message if we needed anything.
