The view from all rooms is excellent. The pool area is very good. The restaurant has very good food and drinks are reasonably priced. The staff are very polite and helpful. The position is excellent for the old town and the Rincon area.

Just a few maintenance issues, really... I did inform the staff. The plug sockets aren't very secure, and most were hanging off. The kitchen, one in particular, came off in my hand, which is really dangerous. The reception guy seemed very aware and agreed it's an issue. There are a lot of mould stains in the bathroom that could be easily fixed with a good clean and reseal. And the shower needed a new head it was more like a sprinkler... I needed to buy a couple of mugs for a coffee as cups provided, where tiny... The sofa needs a good wash and freshen up. It's the start of the season, and it smelt stale and dirty. All easy fixes... none of these made any difference to our stay and I did love being there. Hopefully these small issues will be looked at.

The view is magnificent... this place has the calmness at the front and a perfect view of the madness at the back. Perfect balance. It's right in the centre of old and new, so it's a few minutes' walk to either. There's everything you need in the kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, and so on. You just need to add your own sponge or dishwasher cloth and liquid. You can get these at the supermarket that 6 mins walk to the left. Cleaning equipment is provided. The cleaners come every 4 days, but do the bare minimum. They change beds and towels and whip down the sink and change bins, and thats it. The rest is totally on you. There's a communal bin on the landing that's changed daily for emptying your bin in-between. The reception is 24 hours and the staff were lovely. There's a beautiful pool area with a cold and heated pool which is lovely. The beach is a few steps away also. The WiFi isn't the strongest, but it was OK, and we managed. There's about 5 English channels you have to scroll through to find them. There's an iron and board and a very powerful hairdryer. All in all, I'd definitely book to stay again. I absolutely loved it here. This is a beautiful place. It's not a party apartment or full of drunken parties. It's quiet and very chilled.

Everything was OK.

The location is right on the beach road with unobstructed panoramic views over the sea. The apartment was clean and had cooking facilities and kitchenware. There was heating during the winter months. Another excellent stay at Les Dunes Suites.

I stayed, as requested, in a corner appartment on the 21st floor with exceptional views. Furthermore the room had all I needed. A plus for me was the heated swimmingpool, concidered I rented the appartment during winter.

A few things were lacking. Coffee mugs, plastic jug for using in the microwave, vegetable peeler No instructions were available for the microwave/grill. Asked for a bathroom light to be fixed but nothing happened.

The view of the sea and sea front from our balcony. Very clean and nice hot water. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen. I was able to charge my mobility scooter every night for free. Very nice restaurant downstairs
