I would recommend to put more than 1 tablet for the dishwasher since available dishcloth could not be used (left colored hairs on plates).

Perfect central location (walking distance to the Universitat metro station), self check in/check out (code access to the accommodation complex - no keys needed), quiet place even though you are in the city centre. If we travel again to Barcelona, we will definitely stay at this place :)

There is no instructions for appliances, meaning you are forced to google them or contact the reception via whatsapp (there is no physical person anywhere in the building and it is all automatic), why not adding them to the app? Same for the door keypade on the street which is not easy to use, especially in the dark. Altough it is advertised as having air conditioning, we discovered at night that it is not possible to control the temperature in the room from your own thermostat as it is not possible to change from heat to air con mode (even with 16 degrees, it still only blew hot air), meaning it was very hard to sleep because we could not secure the shutters and did not feel it was a good idea to leave them open being on a main road. Some fittings were not secure the way they should have been and both pillow and duvet were not adequate (too soft, too thin). I expected a better service given the price per night.

The building is within two metro stations meaning it is easy to get there from the main attractions or from the beach. It also has a supermarket open 7 days a week to buy all the essential (most of places in the city are closed on Sunday). There was a washing machine and a dishwasher (which however smelt really bad like it has never been cleaned) as well as cooker. The building looks completely recently renovated and it is all automatic. The shower was huge, perfect after a day out at the beach or sightseeing

The walls were on the thin side and noise from the bedroom window facing the inside courtyard. Rooftop was closed. Fire alarm went off twice early mornings

The bed/matterace was very unstable. It was impossible for one person to move (even slightly) without the other feeling it. It was also very squeaky, so our sleep quality over the two nights we were there could have been better.

Overall the apartment was comfortable and well equipped, pretty much as described on Booking. The welcome box containing water and chrisps was a nice touch. The window had good sound isolation, which was a nice surprise as the surrounding area is quite lively.

Apartment had kitchen but ZERO provision of anything like salt/pepper/oil. They offer coffee but zero sugar/creamer. WTH! I’m not a fan of having to TEXT hotel personnel for questions needs. But I guess it saves money.

Great little studio apartment on a lively street near Universitat station. Comfortable bed, good light, heat/AC. Pretty good shower/bathroom. Clean. Quiet rooms, newly remodeled, great locale.

Location is perfect - the center and the main attractions are at the walkable distance. There are a lot of restaurants and shops just downstairs. Room is also well equipted.

Elevator was not working all the time which is a bit unfortunate to walk to the 5th floor but can happen.

Great location in Barcelona with 3 min to the metro station. The staff is very helpful and kind. We had everything we needed for a family with 2 little kids. The apartments are more or less new.

This wasn’t a problem for me because O have really good earplugs, but if you have a balcony that faces the street, you will hear street noise during the night. Similarly, the atrium amplifies the noise level on every floor that is open to the atrium.

I loved everything about this Apartment Hotel! The location was perfect to walk everywhere, and the neighborhood is more residential not touristy, and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a convenience store and a bakery across the street which was really helpful, and there is a parking garage under the block where the hotel is located that was easy to access. I loved the digital access to the front door and the room, and the free lockers were very helpful for check-in and check-out. The kitchen is well appointed and I loved having a balcony that faced the street.

The door on bathroom not giving you any privacy! Also you if you are planning to cook the kitchen is not well equipped at all. There is no oil, salt, coffee and other basic ingredients. Also bad isolating from outside.

Location was excellent and rooftop was stunning. Also great that they have the small locker where you can put your stuff from morning till 8pm.

The pillows and strange smell coming outside the apartment
