When I was first checked in my room was 619, right next to 3 lifts with one tiny window. all I could hear was the constant screeching of the lifts as they moved up and down the shafts next to me, I complained 10 minutes later but I had to wait 2 days to get moved to a new room. the Wifi was very poor in this room too and would only work when near the door

staff were friendly and helped me in the end, the second rom was much better

Quite old building with slow elevators.

Big venue, closely located to the nicest beach in Puerto de la Cruz. Very polite and helpful receptionists. Wide range of food for breakfast (however not everything is tasty).

Furniture is a bit outdated. The mattress is too soft for my opinion. Everything else was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had half board. Wifi was good and media streaming. Very close to bus station and supermarket. There are also parking spaces if you rent a car. The nearest beach is 300 meters down the street.

The lack of tables on the terrace by the bar. Definitely, more people wanted to be outside in such nice weather, but few evenings we had to stay indoors. The sunbeds also need to be replaced.

The mattress… there are hostels with better quality beds. You can feel the springs, and it seems that it’s not only me who pointed this out. Hopefully they’ll invest in this very soon so I’ll come back. The cleanliness needs major improvement. The bedding cover had a horrible smell, like a wet dog. It’s obvious that they haven’t washed them for a long time. The glasses were really dirty as well and the glass partition by the bath tub had layers of limescale. I also didn’t like that they advertise massages but when I wanted to book one at reception I was told they don’t have that, but I can use the gym instead. I’m picky, I know, but I specifically booked a hotel that has this facility as I was looking for a weekend to recharge.

The chill atmosphere that comes with not having to listen to kids jumping in the pool or screaming. Also as most of the guests were over 60 during my stay, I also wasn’t disturbed by any groups partying during the night. I was looking for a quiet break, and for that this hotel was good. The heated pool is great. As I live in Tenerife in a complex with a pool that isn’t heated, I know what difference it makes when the water isn’t super cold. The friendly bar & restaurant staff who really tries their best to make you feel like you are in a quality hotel despite the limited facilities and the outdated rooms. The selection of the lunch and dinner buffet was good for my taste, however breakfast could use some improvements like having condiments such as ketchup or using better quality ingredients. Also a big plus for having an environmentally friendly mindset with selective bins by the pool. it would be awesome to have small selective bins in the rooms or corridors as well to take this to the next level.

that’s a maximum 2 stars hotel. we got a room in ground floor, could hear anything from lobby, no sound proofing. ac unit was broken, had to be fixed in the same day, even if the person working at the reception pretending was working. bathroom door could not be closed whatsoever, mattress was bended from so much usage and broken, horrible to sleep on. room in an overall bad condition, very used, walls dirty and the TV is min. 20 years old (used to have one like that at home in 2004). even if there were rooms available during our entire booking, reception stated they were entirely booked, refusing any upgrade (of course paid by me). poor English level, poor communication, I am very disappointed and I would never recommend it. that’s not how you make tourism!

The hotel looks like it is from 90's. Breakfast was very basic, medium quality food. For me, the price was not worth the experience.

The room was pretty good. Did not have an ocean view, but it was still nice. The location is superb, close to the beach. Ladies at reception were super nice and professional :) Heated pool was great!

Lifts kept breaking down ,really insufficient for number of guests but this is infrastructure so unlikely to be improved. Insufficient staff in dining room. Breakfast ok but chef stuff not replenishing food quickly given demand. Evening Meal was poor usually only 1/2 meat dishes and a veg selection. For Price a choice of 3/4 meat variety would be an improvement e.g if you didnt like pork on an evening then you were stuck.. or go veggie Ate out 2/7nights just to get a decent evening meal.

Me and my wife booked for a queen size bed, which costs more than single beds...when we got to the room there where 2 separare beds put together...but with separate sheets. So apparently we add to pay an additional fee for that big sheets. I kindly requested these sheets and we ended up doing our bed.
