Sound insulation is very poor. You can hear noise from the street and from the corridor and neighboring rooms. But earplugs, as always, save the day)

A varied and satisfying breakfast, towels were changed every day, a generally clean hotel, new furniture, fresh renovations in the bathroom, and the air conditioner worked for both cooling and heating. Nice personal. Convenient location. Close to the beach and bus stops.

It was loud, the room doesn't have much isolation. The room should be cleaned a bit better. The TV in the room was very small. There is no parking available in the hotel. The plastic bracelets you get for the meals were discomfortable to wear and you cannot take it off. With a bit investment it can offer a better experience.

We had a broken shower head, so we reported that to reception, and the technician changed it the same day. The room was cleaned every day, The breakfast was delicious and had multiple choices.

The clientel is mostly young, loud, drunk german tourists. They often were playing very loud music, jumping like horses, singing on top of their loud speakers. I understand not every German person is like this and I understand is a holiday, but I respect others and listen to my punk/HXC music myself! TV had issue, water was coming out of shower due to 1 door missing. Light above bed flashing. They changed me to another room after 2 nights and upgraded to free breakfast. Staff always tried their best!

Good value for money, near the beach. Staff were lovely and very helpful when issues arised.

I travelled at the beginning of May which is the start of the 'Ballermann' season. The walls of the rooms are quite thin so you can hear a lot of your neighbours activities and movements, same for the street level. The party groups can be very loud and keep you up till late if you are not a solid sleeper.

The location was easily accessible via bus and not far from the airport even with Taxi. The hotel rooms are a decent size and clean. The food is very good for the price range.

we had to pay for every drink at dinner time, even for water. breakfast drinks were free, however long queues. air conditioning was leaking on my friends room, so we complained to the reception and they sorted it out

location is fantastic, food is good. there are entertainment in the hotel, like kareoke in the bar and dance night however they do not advertise it. there is a good size balcony to dry wet clothes which made my life much easier.

Location was a climb from nearby beach. Balconies poor with 2 cheap plastic chairs.

Mainly because it was the last two nights before it shuts for winter - it was quiet with few occupants. Breakfast was good, but items that should have been hot were only warm and in some cases cold.

The restaurant is down stairs no lift so have to walk down stairs could be a problem for some people I tended to sit in the normal table and always asked if I would like a drink with my dinner apart when the waitress was on day off was never asked by the other waters so there loss the drinks are very reasonable priced for a hotel you would pay more in the bars outside the hotel entertainment limited suppose to have karaoke 2 nights out of the first 5 nights this never happened so I took my business elsewhere at night Shame because I would have stayed in the hotel on these nights once again there loss

Very nice hotel staff very helpful little bit of a hill to climb from the sea front I was staying for 5 nights half board based decided to stay extra 6 nights due to the weather being fine and the food was ok can't fault the place for the money you pay

Beds in single rooms are a bit on the smaller side but when you take the price in consideration the everything is okay.

Just a big Problem : We didn’t have Internet Connection . We got even the WIFI Password but there were not a good Connection .

The balcony view I got was surrounded by all walls so never had any view or sunlight come in, in the mornings. The construction of shower meant that water always leaked out all over the bathroom floor

- The buffet is rarely completely labeled with names of the food - It is not shown which foods contain meat or dairy products - not allergie friendly - right underneath my room were the rubbish containers as well as a tree right in front of the room with clothes and toilet paper pieces of all kind inside as well as a building very close to the balcony thus the light was limited that got in by day - laundry room underneath -> towels and sheets were washed at night which could be heard as well as a, I suppose, huge cooling fan to exchange air that ran with little to no pause
