Nice, comfortable and spacious room. Quite good breakfast for the price level. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and bar as well. underground car park (not free). The location might be away from the city, but there are cheap buses every 10-15 minutes.

I liked that it is a clean and fancy hotel with amazing and very helpful staff. One of the staff at the reception went as far as providing us with a computer and restaurant and delivery recommendations at night when the hotel restaurant and many others were closed. Staff were friendly, approachable, and smiley. Location is good as all attractions are accessible by bus from there and there’s a nice refreshing mountain view from the hotel.

I know it was only for one night, but the sink didn't work and though I brought it to their attention, it didn't get fixed.

Our room had the mountain view which was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful though you had to pay for it.

One of front desk staffs was not polite.

The room is comfortable and clean. It is just outside of Granada, €6 in a taxi to Alhambra. The underground parking is large and nice.

Functional hotel with a classic 4-star service offer - good breakfast, front desk staff are professional and attentive - the hotel is well located in relation to the main tourist attractions (the taxi fare costs around 5 EUR for reach the main sites).

The only misdeminor it was the water pressure wich sometimes it was very poor. But I wouldn,t call it a problem.

Very pleasant stay from day one. Very helpfull and polite staff. Location very good, we did not have a car but it was not needed anyhow, with the bus, wich stops in front of the hotel, you could go almost everywhere in the city and outskirts.

Sadly was a bit too cold to use the pool as it was in the shade but it is only early April and there was a nice terrace to sit on to enjoy the sunshine.

We had a very spacious room with massive balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we received great service from Francisco specifically. Breakfast was very good. The location was perfect as we had to leave early in the morning to visit the Alhambra, which is 2km from the hotel. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.
