We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDidn’t really bother us as we will Definetly stay again and request this room. The bungalow /chalet we stayed in was located at the end and it was more early morning that we could hear other guests very loudly talking. Again this didn’t really bother us. Our children love to lie in after being entertained all night. They loved it here.
So much to do for our two children. They loved it here! They were kept well entertained. Will Definetly return here as the kids were entertained from morning until night. Check in was amazing. We turned up at mid day and got to use all facility’s until our room was ready at 5pm. Who needs your room early when you have lots for the kids to do. Kids had the kids club… foam water party. Water slides in the pool. Disco & arcades! Happy kids = happy parents. Wish we had taken more photos to show other guests. All of our photos have our children in them & prefer to keep these private.

United KingdomOur son was injured and hospitalised following an incident with the jacuzzi filter. The resort staff are clearly stretched very thinly and just didn’t seem to care. We were offered no help or compensation, and I highly doubt they’ll take any steps to prevent such accidents happening again. it really took the shine off our holiday. The bathroom drain also made the cabin smell bad. We had to place a towel over it and keep the bathroom door closed.
The room is clean and well equipped. There’s a lot on offer on the site and the ultra all inclusive allows you to use their other resorts in Benidorm, which was really handy.

United KingdomAccommodation could do with some investment, bathrooms were peeling and floorboards loose. Why can’t you wear sunglasses in the pool at the aqua park? evening entertainment ok but quality of singing not great. The hotel would benefit from a better gateway/reception to give a high quality sense of arrival, and some shielding of working areas of the hotel.
Great food choices, polite and friendly staff, self contained accommodation. Brilliant water park and zoo included. The sea lion experience was amazing, so informative and loads of time given by the owners.

United KingdomThe only down fall of the whole place was the cleanliness I found every floor I walked on sticky (pool restaurant everywhere!) I was also very disappointed with the Italian restaurant I went too. Food was poor there was literally no choice of food to have very disappointed!! I thought the value for money of what I had paid did not meet my expectations either!!

United KingdomThe clientele there (lots of Brits) were rude and all inclusive was like feeding time at the zoo. I found sitting with them round the mini pool just awful and they demanded Spanish people ‘speak English’ - felt embarrassed to be a Brit. The information about what is on and where is quite poor (although might be better if you come with a package holiday as we had driven and this was a stop off). The food was bland and greasy and coffee only served in the morning.
The staff were brilliant with my 2 year old - especially Aitana on buffet reception. I also loved the attached zoo and water park. It’s also great for alcohol in all inclusive as you get a fresh mini bar every day and can take wine back to your room which I’ve never known before.

Love the different choice of foods and also drinks. Also the lodge was lovely and clean. Mini bar refilled very day. The zoo and water park were the added bonus. Could go in as many times as u liked during ur stay. Also the snack bar in the water park gave you free food with ur all inclusive band. Sunbeds were included on the all inclusive as well at the water park.

Faroe IslandsThe negativ ting was the outside erea of the room it was not possible to sit outside there were no terraces/patio/veranda, and you could hear everything from your neighbor room.
The water park and Zoo was very good for our children and so was the cleaning staff the room was cleaned every day and we got new towels every day. We had the All inclusive package and that was worth every penny.

United KingdomIt’s a long wait to check into ur room we arrived at 12pm and where not given access to our room untill 5pm ! You need to scan a QR code when u arrive then someone will msg you on wassap to tell you to report to reception for check in it’s a long day to wait in the heat especially if u have traveled from a different country with children I was also given the wrong room a 1 bedroom when I paid for a 2 but I msg the staff via the wassap and it was quickly amended . I don’t think it’s great value for money I paid just over 200 euro per night ! you would expect a hairdryer in your room surly ?? Staff friendly and helpful tho can’t fault them
The rooms where spotless clean , the food was really good with a huge verity and the entertainment was great for the kids ! My daughter absolutely loved it

United Kingdomthe food was cold, we complained several times about this. the swimming pools were all cold, my nephews didn’t want to get in the water as they found it uncomfortable. we as adults didn’t particularly like it either. the drains send a sewage smell through the hotel especially during the entertainment in the evening (which starts at 6, then finishes at 9) then further kids entertainment doesn’t start until 10pm which is too late for kids and adults. they messed up my booking, waited 40 minutes to check in. wanted me to go back the next day and I have now realised they’ve taken way more money out than agreed. it isn’t good enough, I am never a complainer but this time it really was horrific.
The zoo next door and the water park were close by. that is a nice feature.
