Locates close to the airport. The room is large at European standard. Staff are friendly. The restaurant is better than expected. Shuttle bus is on time and the driver is friendly.

We had hoped the restaurant would serve dinner before 8pm, but we understand it was Spain! We were able to get a pizza earlier than that in the bar.

Nothing! I enjoyed every facet of my stay!

When I called the hotel, they were able to be very informative to me in English about how to catch the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. And I did not have to wait long for the shuttle. The staff at check in were very engaging, friendly, and helpful. And booked me on the shuttle back to the airport for the next day. The room was very comfy and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast the next morning was very good.

Check-in wasn't welcoming and the male who checked us in was not pleasant. I asked about bedding and he said we had two twin beds, even though we asked for a double. As it turned out, we had two twins put together, which was great and all he had to say is that we had two twins put together rather than say this is not what you booked, you booked two twins. squid tentacles were calamari rings, not as expected and were rubbery. We had wonderful baby squid tentacles in Barcelona and they were wonderful. Your hamburger was great. We asked for water, and you charged us for two bottles of tap water, or the same for a glass of wine or a bear. That didn't work for us either. Checkout was a breeze, shuttle driver expected us to load our own luggage and unload it as well, which was poor service to say the least.

Hotel was nice, room was large and it meet our needs. We had an early flight the next day, so we chose your hotel because it was close to T1. Outdoor patio was nice, except the dog park next door as dogs were fighting.

Shuttle to the airport only ran once an hour. On the half hour would have met my schedule better.

very quiet. I requested a quiet room and was given the last room on the hall, so I only had one neighbor. If anyone was in the room, I couldn't hear them. Also I chose this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the airport.

I like free-standing shampoo and soap, etc. I can't read the labels without my glasses and can't remember what is what when there are three bottles, so I wind up trying to soap up with the conditioner for hair and all kinds of crazy combinations... These fancy showers are beautiful to behold, but more difficult to figure out. I like the simple old showers, but it is wonderful to be able to use the shower head in hand to spray hair and body. I probably saves water too.

I liked that the staff at front desk were friendly and very willing to be helpful and not afraid to make adjustments to things like keeping a suitcase for us in storage while we did a week's pilgrimage.We came back for another stay after the week was over. No fuss made about it. Solved quickly and graciously. There was also a small problem with the coffee maker in the room and that was quickly resolved with no fuss. Additional coffee provided. Very nice! Breakfast was also very nice and the staff there were especially professional.

We were greeted by the friendly front desk gentleman and we were thrilled that our room was ready, even though we arrived 2 hours early. We were able to walk a couple of blocks to a little cafe for a late breakfast. We booked the hotel's shuttle to the airport for the next morning, had drinks out on the patio and made a reservation for dinner. We had a nice dinner at the hotel. We had booked a room which included breakfast and it was a really nice selection of items to pick from. The shuttle left on time and dropped us at our terminal.

The cleaning personnel apparently hadn't noticed that it was impossible to get body wash out of the dispenser in the shower, so we had to use the shampoo instead.

The hotel was very quiet. The restaurant was good and moderately priced for dinner, and the breakfast was the best we had in Spain. We appreciated having shuttle service to and from the hotel.
