Because the hotel was just opening for the 2024 summer season it didn't have a number of things available - no wine, no ice cream etc.

Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were very good and clean. The location was good. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was not good, bacon was dry and eggs were like rubber, not enough choice. Most days we even had to take cutlery and napkins to our table as the tables weren't ready, even though they knew how many guests to expect

I needed an extra night due to flight alterations, but they couldn't accommodate, so I had to stay in Vera, which is a 10-minute drive.

It was located close to family who live in Puerto rey and was ideal to get a good night's sleep.

Nothing really. Room was a bit dated with single beds instead of a double but was clean and facilities were more than adequate.

Great value for money. Booked 2 nights at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Buffet breakfast was better than expected. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bar area was very quiet with virtually no guests sat there at various times. Discovered why when we bought a drink - virtually twice a "normal" price. Surely as the hotel was paying a wage to tend the bar, it would make sense to retain guests and their money by having the bar prices reasonable and retain guests custom and generate income? Could do with some staff flexibility near reception for busy periods.

Recently refurbished, so the good sized room was excellent. Plenty of parking at a minimal cost. Plenty of large open spaces with comfortable seating throughout the hotel. Staff always pleasant despite being busy.

The cleaning service, while there is a sticker in the bathroom to put dirty towels on the floor to be changed, we did that and they reracked the same towel on the holder, also they change sheets and towels every 3 days only

Bar to e kept open until late.

Breakfast was ok, but there were no tea bags. Also could have more choice for English breakfast like boiled eggs. The location was good but there are no supermarkets near by to buy water or food if you were in the apartments. The hotel could keep the bar open until 12.00 would have helped.

Check in staff were rude and because we were English they made a point in giving us an information sheet in Spanish. They only cater for Spanish and seem to favour them even when we were trying to communicate in Spanish albeit broken. There was hair all up the shower wall in our room. The breakfast was very poor and the hotel had an awful smell especially on the morning of our check out when the whole lobby smelt like faeces. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights and it was just somewhere to sleep.

Location was good and easy to access All Of the cleaning staff we came across were polite and always said hello.

Beakers in the bathroom and bedroom and more pressure in the shower

Apart from the fried eggs, nothing was cooked fresh. No scrambled eggs and everything else was pre-packed. The bacon came in an oblong block which you peeled off and was not cooked thoroughly and the croissants, rolls and other were insipid and undercooked.

"Unclear information for Handicap/disability room at the upper floor". When we arrived at the hotel, the manager told us to pay for extra charge more €100. The solution they gave us was... we had cheapest room at the 1 FL. with €90. They do this to other customers too, and everyone have to pay for extra charge at the hotel... we found it by our eyes and ears. They should put the cleary information in the website for this type of room "FOR HANDICAP ONLY".
