We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe room backed onto a busy highway with road traffic noice during the evening, however it let up later. Also had to ask for a blanket as there was only a sheet on the bed- but when asked, Housekeeping promptly provided it ! Reception area felt a bit awkward as office area was behind a solid partition which didn’t do the staff’s welcoming manner any justice. But all in all - very good.
Clean facilities, very comfortable bed.located within a 10 drive to airport and in a quiet residential area. Pleasant staff at reception who were attentive to our needs. Ie: arranged for a wake up call and a taxi pickup at 3:00 am, made a recommendation for an excellent restaurant within walking distance. It also was a 15 minute walk to the beach which had a beautiful boardwalk. Would recommend to others particularly if they are catching an early flight from Barcelona airport.
