The staff were helpful and friendly. The location near the historical city centre was ideal and the beds were very comfortable. Being able to use the sports centre next door which was included in the price of the stay was a real plus for the courses, spa and swimming pool. Little attentions like the free water in the room and cava and water infused with oranges at reception were really nice.

It rained….

It was in a terrific location at the port. Saw several cruise liners come and go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice with many things available . We enjoyed our stay. The staff even took our car and parked it . We did pay a daily parking fee.

Very comfortable and very clean. We loved the suite with large beds and a jacuzzi. The swimming pool was fantastic too, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Finally, the location and its proximity to the city center was just perfect for us to explore the city.

It’s not really dog friendly. It does allow dogs but makes you sign a sheet of rules and does not allow your dog to be with you in any area of hotel. It’s been written by people who don’t understand travelling with dogs. Really disappointing.

My only complaint was a shortage of plugs for charging electronics in convenient locations like next to the bed.

Excellent location, great staff and wonderful amenities right on the water. This is truly a 4 star property with a dedicated, efficient and helpful staff, a great location on the water near the old town and valet parking. Their guest services manager helped us out with restaurant reservations and other suggestions and was very helpful.

The breakfast is expensive, €12 per pax, we do not have an opinion about the quality because we decided not to paid for it. For €5 you can have an amazing breakfast in the cafeterias around the hotel.

The room was perfect. We really appreciated the silence and the Queen bed. The room have a hydro-massage bathtub that was pretty nice. We also get a window with ocean view, and we had access to the gym facilities too.

Some of the small details could use some updates. ie. Toilets. Chipped paint USB port access for phones and or gadgets. other wise excellent. The bathtubs are a nice touch but a bit high for people with limited mobility. Otherwise wonderful Hotel.

The older men from restaurant he wax exceptionally kindness, even her worked all day shifts :) People front desk...woao fantastic...all staff hotel...they founded my ipad on floor and when I asked at the front desk they just gave it back....AWSOME, FANTASTIC...wordless
