How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Sea view was a bunch 9f boats and marina stores
Location is misleading. On the one hand it is only 30 mn walk to town but on the other, it is in the marina so "sea view" is looking at a marina and not so much sea.

There’s not really parking available on site or nearby. Only on the street nearby but with much luck. It should not say that parking is available.

The corridor had a strong smell of smoke. The central air-conditioning was set to heating and could not be used for cooling. We were there on hot spring days this made it very difficult to control the temperature of the room. We had to keep the balcony window open and being on the second floor we had a lot of noise from cars passing by the road. The roof top bar was a bit underwhelming. Breakfast is actually great when you figure out that they have hot egg dishes on order. Nobody informed us and our table didn't have a QR code. I watched another guest scan the code on their table and receive an egg dish that's how we figured it out.

Overall the hotel was decent. Unfortunately, there was a super bad odor within the hotel and the room's bathroom. We did notify the staff and they did their best to fix the smell, but after every shower or use of the sink, the smell was back. I'm almost 95% sure the issue are the P-Traps within the plumping that need to repaired. Other than the smell, I will say the wall/ceiling are somewhat thin. Heard neighbors every night.
Even with a visit in the winter, main Ibiza Town was still accessible (by foot, 30 min stroll). The location is perfect and I'm sure, in the Summer, will be a hit. The food, drinks and ambiance was great a feel. Majority of the island and hotel was cleared out during the stay, so we felt as if we had the team to ourselves.

Some of back rooms a little pricey for winter.

Parking is very limited . Likely out of season we can park at the next hotel parking as it was closed . Food at roof top is not high quality .. the drinks also not too good . Aperol was more or less alcohol free
Location is great as it us very close to ferry terminal but 15 min walk from the city center . Staff is very helpful . The price was very attractive for 1 night stay in November

Noise transfer an issue, very loud music from Roofbar above! Air piston affect when other doors closed it affected our room door and it rattled with the effect.
Great location, great roof bar, excellent breakfast!

Roof bar only seems to be open in afternoon Whilst I knew there was not a swimming pool, I thought there would spaces to relax in the sun, which there was not
Room was compact, but well furnished with terrace and views. Bathroom good, shower powerful and lots of storage space. Bath towels were a little small Breakfast was very good and staff friendly

The road in front of the hotel was a little too busy for my liking.
Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing views and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a nicer room on the 4th floor. Would definitely stay here again.

Very noisy road and could’ve done with more than water and juice in the mini bar. Also there were no coffee or tea facilities.
Location was good but I didn’t anticipate the road being as busy with lorries and coaches. Rooftop terrace was great.

This is a small hotel and does not have a pool (but the beach location makes up for it). Some road noise with the harbour ? city view rooms.
This is a great hotel (we have stayed here before). Clean, good location, friendly, low-key and unpretentious (compared to others in the area). Continental breakfast is all you need... good coffee, fresh OJ and eggs / bread / cold cits.
