I booked this stay for my parents 60th wedding anniversary and it was exceptional. They stayed in a junior Suite premium room and the hotel decorated the room with balloons, and gifted a bottle of cava and chocolates, my parents were delighted. The staff went out of their way to wish them a happy anniversary. They throughly enjoyed their stay at this exceptional hotel.

Great location, brilliant breakfast, very comfortable rooms and a good and popular bar. Staff seem very happy to work there and take good care of the guest. When staying there make sure you have breakfast included, it’s really good.

The air conditioning was not working well when we checked in and one of the beds was not getting the air con during the night. that made it less pleasant despite the comfortable bed.

You have checked all the right boxes on an excellent hotel stay. I like everything... except for the air conditioning.

Everything! You cannot fault this hotel or its staff - Everything about it was exceptional! It is a beautiful hotel, very centrally located & every single staff member was exceptionally friendly, polite & helpful The breakfast in the restaurant overlooking Valencia was absolutely amazing too - batista coffee station, showcase cooking station and every type of food imaginable. The reception & bar area was also beautiful & very reasonably priced drinks. An excellent stay, this is the only hotel we would now stay at in Valenci.

Breakfast amazing! All meat cuts and local cheese. Barista. Room was great. The cleaning was perfect, even 2 times per day. Personnel - always there to support us. I do think this the best hotel from Valencia

Everything about the hotel was perfect, location is right in the centre so all attractions are easily reachable. The hotel staff are very friendly and really nice. Immaculate hotel , we would stop here again.

We had a few issues with items not being restocked in our bathroom everyday however this wasn’t much of an issue as we were given more when we asked

The hotel staff are excellent. They are very attentive and friendly and will accommodate all of your needs. We came as a very big family over 20 people and we had no issues. Special mentions to Hassan, Pietro, Matias, Tommas and Emmanuela , not to mention everyone who helped us during our weeks stay. The hotel is in the best location, close to the town centre and hidden away in a beautiful square

Friendliest Staff, Cleanliness of the Hotel, central location all made this prob the best hotel I have stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the welcome, effort & attention to detail in marking my birthday from Guest Manager Jose-Enrique Herero & team was spectacular & made it such a memorable trip for us. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I thought the hotel was in a good location with a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The bed was very, very hot, regardless of having the air conditioning on. I think there is probably a thick mattress topper under the sheets and even though I am quite small and rarely sweat I was often finding it difficult to get comfortable. The bed itself was very comfortable, it was just hard to regulate your heat.

The breakfasts were amazing, from your super barista guy - he always remembers what you like, to the lovely and charming Jose and his staff. Jose really does make breakfast special and makes you, as a guest, feel special. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We often asked for their advice or help and it was always given very willingly. The hotel was recommended to us by someone that had been there for a conference - it was a great recommendation.

The bar area got very busy with non guests when there were events on.

The location was excellent - very quiet and calm. The breakfast was amazing, particularly the barista corner, and overall every staff member was extremely nice.

No Irish whiskey is available at the bar!

The staff are the stars. Exceptional training is obviously going on in the background, but crucially, no personalities are stifled. Reception, bar staff, overall the front of house is one of the best I've encountered. I'm just sorry I didn't note some names for specific call out.

Stayed at the first floor, bellow it is a club of so e sorts. Had to use earplugs to not hear it. Also no spa facilities outside certain rooms.

There were rooftop restaurants but a rooftop bar where you could sit and look at the sunset would be a nice additive. I enjoyed everything else.

I loved the appearance of reception when I walked it in I was wowed. Lovely bar area and fresh smell of freshly cut flowers every morning I passed reception. The room was really spacious and comfortable and stylish. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is right in the heart of the city centre near all the shops and restaurants. We also received a list of recommended restaurants by the hotel and tried a few of those. I really recommend the San Tommaso and Santa Rita Italian cuisines. Very stylish and upmarket!

We liked everything, the Hotel is a beautiful dream, in the lobby there is a charming flower shop that gives a unique scent to the environment, The staff was super friendly and helpful, they helped us from our arrival to our departure, guiding us around the city, arranging the taxi call. The decoration of the Hotel is very nice. The room is very comfortable and spacious and supplied with every basic need. Its location is perfect, away from the crowd but walkable to the most important places in Valencia. We loved this Hotel, Thank you for the kindness and the nice atmosphere!!!
