We didn't receive a particularly warm welcome from the lady who checked us in. We'd requested a double bed but had a twin room which was disappointing especially as we'd messaged them directly to request one. The room felt a little cold but there were blankets available.

It was a little noisy hearing other guests in other rooms, doors closing etc. but couldn’t be helped due to design.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in very good condition and a quirky layout. Located in the old town, fun. Everything was clean and tidy.

There was a strange smell in my room that I couldn't get out no matter how long I left the window open. The room itself was very clean, so I don't know where the smell was coming from. It was also a little cold in the room and the heat is only on at certain hours.

The location is great and the room was very clean. It's also very cute, situated on a nice terrace. It's a good place to stay for the price you pay.

We had no.16, a lovely little cabin at top of the property. Great bed, very clean, nice staff, nice view over the rooftops. Very private and quiet. Great value. Many stairs, so not for the mobility impaired.

Even though the room and bathroom were clean there was a strong smell to damp and there was a leak from the toilet. Those are the only things I can complain about.

Pensión Arbidel is very well located in the centre of town. Friendly receptionist when we arrived and the room and bathroom were clean and sort of independent from the others so we did not suffer from noises.

I don’t want to pick fault but a few things would have made the room more comfortable. A rubbish bin and a mirror. I wasn’t aware the shared bathroom would be for 4 rooms. The bathroom was often occupied so it was difficult to just use the loo sometimes as people were showering and the loo is in the same room. The bathroom could do with a shelf to put a wash bag on, there wasn’t anywhere to put items for washing.

Great location, can walk everywhere and restaurants nearby. Charming room. Bed sheets smelt lovely and fresh!

No air conditioning. The bolster pillow was not comfortable to sleep on (too thin). No shower mat,and the towels were a bit thin.

Not that I didn't like but I would have preferred instructions about an early check-out but I should have asked so my fault. There is only one plug by the bed which is the lamp. Choose between nice lighting or charging your phone.

Narrow and steep steps to get up to our room. They may be a problem for some, especially if you’re carrying a backpack for the Camino!

We liked this place a lot. We had a good size room, the staff was nice and the location was great, close to the waterfront and local bars/restaurants. We had a nice evening picnic on the tables up on the elevated terrace. Overall a really pleasant place.
