Attitude of the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful, this point was made by another guest whom I happened to meet a few days later. She just took the payment, handed over the keys and pointed to the door of the room. Access to rooms are by steps outside, poorly lit, dangerous at night and early morning. Notice on back of room door in Spanish, about leaving key in your door on check out. A little more communication with guests would be great.

The rooms are loud with street noise. The hotel is built into the side of a hill so if guest mobility is an issue I would see this being very hard.

This hotel is right in the heart of old town. There is no parking near the hotel. However, parking is free on the roads surrounding old town. Regardless you will need to haul your luggage. The hotel rooms are loud at night because the hotel resides over a busy restaurant. We enjoyed our stay because we liked being in the heart of it all. Easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I was in a single room and my mattress was really uncomfortable :( but apart from it, our stay was just perfect.

The location is perfect, however a lil bit noisy in the evening.

We enjoyed the position of this hotel. We stayed 6 nights and hiked for three days in the Picos and benefitted from rest days by the sea. The hotel is handy for the town and evening strolls through the bars and restaurants. There’s a lovely beach across the bridge.

Choices are not widespread in the town, otherwise I would rate the price at the upper limit concerning the value.

In the city center, 10 minutes to the train station. Great setting of several little „houses“ in the backyard of their restaurant, attached to the slope of the mountain behind the old town. Lots of green and resting areas. Very special, clean and nice helpful people.

The bathroom was very small and the towels were very small and of poor quality.

We had a budget room, which was small but reasonable for the price. The room was clean. Great location - bars, restaurants right on our doorstep. Right on The Camjno Del Norte.

The property is right in the centre of town and only ten minutes from the station. It took a bit to find, but the owner found us. The room was very clean and very comfortable with a good sized bed. There is a bench out side in the garden if you want to sit out. There are a few steps up to the room but it was not a problem for us. There are cafes and restaurants a few minutes away. We had a quiet night and slept well.

It was cold. It was hard to find. There was no receptionist available and when she was there briefly she was rude. They do not reply to messages. It was noisy, I could hear snoring, coughing etc all night. It smelt of alcohol.

Room was very dark, there was only the wall lights which were very bright and no lamps or soft lighting. The window was on street level so if you opened it for natural light or fresh air the people walking past could see straight in. There was wifi in the hotel but my room was too far away from the router for it to work.

Beautiful location. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Clean.
