Amazing experience! First of all, the location is superb, positioned in a calm area but surrounded by lots of tavernas of highest quality where locals go. In a walking distance form the main points of interest in the center and to the Parque de el Retiro. Second, extremely kind and helpful personnel. Third, beautiful and clean room. Highly recommended!

The staff was very nice, but unfortunately they didn't speak English, so it was a bit more difficult to sort out the organizational stuff. The biggest problem we had was with the wi-fi, which didn't work very well and kept dropping out. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about.

The room was large and well furnished. There was also a mini fridge and kettle (tea and coffee were available for free at reception) which we really appreciated. The bathroom had a bath and the towels were changed daily . The bed was really comfortable and the room faced a quiet courtyard so it was quiet enough to sleep. The location was especially great - we were within 5 minutes of a restaurant, cafe and shop. It was at most a 10-15 minute walk to the centre and all the sights and museums. Cibeles station, where the shuttle to the airport stops, was 10 minutes away. Definitely great value for money.

If you want to be near the palace, cathedral, big shops etc it’s a bit further out but only about a 15 minute walk.

This is a lovely little pension. It’s surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants and little shops. The best thing was how quiet the room was at night!!

Everything was great. Very large room, well equipped, extremely clean and spotless. There was even a mini fridge. The bathroom was large and had everything you need. I was not expecting such a great room! Thanks again to the staff for your service.

We loved everything about it. Great location, nice building (loved the old elevator), very large and good bed. Nice that you are able to make tea or coffee. Very clean and last but not least very friendly people.

the elevator was pretty small for two people. even an adult with a backpack and a toddler were a tight fit. the good news it was only one floor up so we just took the steps.

This family run property was amazing. we really liked the coffee tea station in the lobby with the kettles and cups in your room. we really liked the warm welcome. we really liked the super simple clean rooms that had everything we needed with no added clutter or grime. they were styled simply but modern. the room was super quiet for being in the city. we also really liked that they gave us a bigger bed. thank you so much for everything.
