Nothing to not like.

Brilliant location in Valencia old town. Down a small side street so not noisy at night. Staff were friendly, breakfast delicious and decor clean and modern.

Would have been great to have a fitness centre, but not essential I guess. Rooms were a little on the small side.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and kept topped up. We used the hotel bikes which was enjoyable and liked the coffee and tea available in reception. All the staff were friendly and the location is very central.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old city. It is a 5m walk to the cathedral, food market and Silk Exchange and very close to two beautiful squares and the Redondo, full of cafes and restaurants. If you’re going to Valencia for a cultural city break there couldn’t be a better location. (It is also only 35m from the beach on the 32 bus). The rooms are well equipped and comfortable; the bathrooms are lovely, clean and very modern with powerful showers and excellent toiletries. The breakfast is well worth paying the extra 10€ for. The staff were also really helpful and polite.

Very nice central location close to one of the main squares and many restaurants. Nice and clean rooms. The staff was very helpful when asked for help and suggestions. The breakfast had several choice and everything was good.

Character hotel right in the heart of the city. Lovely roof terrace and there's lots of good restaurants nearby. The bike was a nice bonus and a great way to explore Valencia.

The cleaning of our room could have been better.

Large comfortable room with exterior balcony / space. Reception very efficient. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. Location couldn't have been better. In the heart of the city.

Great central location, everything straightforward, and good air conditioning very welcome. Hotel very helpful with bike hire (just up the street). Several very good restaurants a short walk away. Would come again. Thanks Petit Palace.

Found the safe instructions quite complicated (ie had to use a credit card, and it wasn't clear which way round/up the card had to be swiped) Worked it out in the end, but not that keen on swiping a credit card. Usually a code number is sufficient, without having to get one's credit card out the whole time. Also risky to leave the card behind in the room, when needing to take it out!

Bathroom was small. Other than that everything was great. We will definitely stay here next time we go to Valencia. Have nothing else negative to say.

It is not often that we have nothing to suggest.

Incredibly service-minded staff. Marta, you are wonderful! But everyone was kind, and went out of their way to ensure that the guests were well cared for. We purchased breakfast on one of our mornings there, and it was delicious. Otherwise, depending upon one's plans, there are simple options for coffee and bread all over the city within close proximity to the hotel.

the step into the reception is quite large with no assistance rail. Alternative entrance with ramp was closed, used as emergency exit. The information we received said hotel is in main square even the taxi driver had to phone for help. Staff acknowledged that this is an issue for people.

I was travelling with my young son who has a nut allergy and the staff were amazing, kind, caring and so helpful about this. They also helped us with maps,buses and the best places to visit. The location of this hotel is perfect and it has free bicycles. Our room was quiet with a lovely view, we couldn’t have asked for more!

The only disadvantage is the view, which is direct to the other windows, but overall, you won't spend too much time in a hotel during the day 🏖️🛍️

I can commit that it will be harder to find a better place for the same price as in Petit Palace, here you will find the best staff, which provides you with the best hospitality, special thanks to Marta, Maite and Floris! If you need anything, ask; the staff is ready to help! 🙃🤝 The location is close to the centre, but still quiet enough. The bus stop to the beach is near the hotel, so you won't miss an opportunity to be burned 🥵🌞 The room was a bit small, but enough to do your stuff, bed was nice, the room was cleaned every day, and you have everything you need there like a vault, chair, table, and a place to hang your clothes. Also, they give you everything for bathing, which is nice! 🚿🧴
