The shower backed up and water flowed on to the bathroom floor. We took very few showers while there to avoid this. The bathroom wall had shoe print marks on it. There were 4 keys, but we only used 2 of them. No explanation of what the keys were for.

Living room was too dark. The lighting on the ceiling was too weak. The lock on the entrance door was tricky to open.

Location. A 10 to 15 minute walk takes you to the buzz of the city centre. In contrast the streets surrounding the flat are quiet and peaceful. There’s a plaza at the bottom of Calle Imperial (plaza San Leandro) where you can sit and relax. The flat was clean and had all the necessary cups, pans etc. The internet connection was good.

We didn't like the smell of sewage that immediately greeted us upon arrival in the apartment, you don't want to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room because it is the most similar to a medieval torture device.

Location is crucial for this one, also enough room for the stuff, blankets and storage room. Kitchen is proper equipped for breakfast quick dinner, and that's good to go.

Just small input, please provide detergent to do at least 1 or 2 times laundry, so we do not need to buy own detergent to do laundry.

The place overall could definitely use a bit of renovation. The shower was the absolute worst part of the room. Barely functional and leaked water all over the floor, even behind the toilet. The air conditioning filter could also use a change as bits of dirt would be blown out onto the floor when in use. The bed isn't the comfiest and makes noise. There is some construction noise close by during the week that starts promptly at 8am. Also, a massive cockroach moved in as I was packing up to leave coming in through the bathroom sink.

it was in the ground floor and had a washing machine while we were there. Also it was easy to access the suite with the codes emailed to us in a timely manner.

Had difficulty accessing the info to get the key code for entry. Apparently it is sent through WhatsApp/email/Booking.com when you are about to arrive but I did not have internet/email access while traveling. When we gave the host a call they were able to help us into the building. Shouldn't be a problem for someone with data/email access in the days leading up to arrival. Rooms we were in was a tad dark. Two windows that didn't let much light in because of the surrounding apartment buildings. Finding nearby parking was a little stressful, but we're not used to the tight and winding one-way streets of the area.

Well-located. Access to public scooters nearby if you need to travel further. We walked to most tourist locations (Plaza de Espana, Royal Palace, ceramics neighbourhood, golden tower, the mushroom). Loved that the room had a washing machine and drying rack. Super high ceilings. Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and kitchen implements.

apt was well decorated, in order to prevent the heat, there were indoor window panels . they helped to keep the heat out a lot. there was a lift , so no problem of stairs.

The website could be easier to navigate, a little too much self-praise and "concept".. Strange not to see any staff, but the booking in and instructions on how to get into the property were as smooth as possible , given that I am not tech savvy.

Airy and spacious apartment, included a well equipped kitchen area, private outside space, and superb soundproofing to ensure a good night's sleep. Plus a huge comfortable bed and the smoothest sheets Enjoyed the Room service (via Q code and a man on a moped!) - top quality burgers. Live chat worked well when I struggled to book in.
