SwitzerlandNo free water or water refill stations! No water in the gym! No towels at the gym! Fitness mats are old and damaged. When visiting the sauna, please contact reception 1 hour in advance so that the sauna can be heated up.
Nice view on the beach, good breakfast. Restricted times for children in the spa area.

GermanyWe can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. We had an incredibly nice week at Playa del Moro. The rooms are large, clean and modern and the sea view is wonderful. The food is varied and there is something for every taste. The staff are friendly and do their best to fulfil guests' every wish. We would especially like to thank the chef Jhon, who made every breakfast and dinner a highlight with his friendly and personable manner, but above all with his delicious food. Thanks to the whole team - we will be back!

Czech RepublicOnly small thing, really petty, the indoor pool was really quite cold, could have been a little warmer.
The hotel was absolutely great, everything was exactly as expected. The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and bigger than expected, the cleaning was done daily and I can say that it was really crystal clean. We used both the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Buffet breakfast and dinner really rich in choice, at the same time the themed dinners were good, every day one tasted something a little different. Free street parking, we only found a spot one night and even then we didn't park far away. I would love to go here again in the future.

BelgiumWe had a couple of problems with the cleaning of the room. Towels that were removed but not replaced and one of the sheets had a small hole in it. The food was very good on weekdays but on weekends you can notice a big difference, the offer is somehow more limited and the food is not that nice. Thus, the few nice options finish fast and are not replaced or it takes a long time. Also, you can see that the outdoor swimming pool on sundays is not as clean as the other days. In general, if you are going for a few days, avoid the weekend.
The hotel is situated in an excellent place right in front of cala millor. The views are amazing. The food during the weekdays was very nice, good variety. Special mention to Jhon, the cook in the grill, who was always welcoming and friendly and prepared some of the best steaks I have tried. Also, special mention to Díana and Alejandro, the waiters in the buffet who were always paying attention of us and our little daughter. We enjoyed also both swimming pools. The snack bar has a limited variety of options for meals at midday but they were a good quality for the price.
