The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern. we had a large balcony facing the pool. Location is great and just a short stroll to the beach and can choose to walk between palmanova or Magaluf. Absolutely fantastic hotel

Bed: The bed setup was less than ideal; it consisted of two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed!! The mattresses were worn out, resembling a concave shape, which was uncomfortable. A significant concern was the 'gap' that tended to form between the two beds, posing a risk if a child were to sleep there. Fortunately, we used an additional bed in the living room to avoid anyone sleeping at the junction of the two beds. Dishwasher: No dishwasher....!!! I booked the room with Kitchen so that I can cook (as eating outside can be very expensive and can be unhealthy) and paid premium for it also. Moreover, I didn't travel to Mallorca to wash dishes by hand either.

Overall Experience: I was very pleased with almost everything at the hotel. Here’s a detailed look at what I liked: Location: The location is excellent. It’s not too close to the sea, avoiding noise and crowds, yet close enough to walk. A small street with a staircase in front of the hotel provides direct access to the seaside and the bus stand. Essentials like ALDI, TEDI, SPAR, and attractions like the Kathmandu theme park are just a short walk away. There’s also a supermarket right next to the hotel for any needs. Pool: The pool area is great, especially for kids and young adults. Enough area for Sun bathing. It includes small water slides and pool toys – perfect for spending quality time. Room: The room was spacious and clean with all the basic kitchenette amenities. Elevator was there for 2nd floor. The highlight was the very large balcony. Bathroom: The bathroom was clean with basic toiletries like shampoo, body wash, towels etc Dining: The breakfast offered a decent variety, although there were limited options for non-meat eaters. The coffee was excellent. Note that seating can be tight during peak times. The dinner buffet is the only option and similar in space. The staff was exceptionally polite and caring. A special THANKS to the chef who went out of his way to prepare a vegetarian pasta for my family, which wasn’t on the menu. Activities: Major attraction was the activities/events/entertainment for Kids at the pool and in the evening. It was real fun. Hotel Staff really made these events/activities fun for whole family. Thanks: A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The apartment could offer some complimentary items like Tea, Cofee sachets.

Good accommodation with plenty of services and entertainment for a family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a beach and good restaurants which is a bonus. I would definitely recommended this place.

Service, stuff, location, breakfast, activities! 10 out of 10!

Everything! Excellent location, excellent stuff, fun activities for kids! It’s our third time in there and we will be back! Room service, cleaning top of everything! Breakfast 10 out of 10! Everything fresh & different varieties. Loved every day! 2 min. to Palmanova beach, shops, path walks till Magaluf . Thank you .

It was sometimes a bit loud in the evening (not the guests but the evening shows). However, it never lasted longer than appropriate.

There was nothing we didn't like. It basically had everything to enjoy the off-season Mallorca. Great location, excellent public bus connectivity to all the places of interest, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice pool area and lively atmosphere.

Only a small issue, we had a double buggy and couldn’t fit it through the apartment door which was annoying but didn’t bother us too much. pool was a bit too cold but I’d imagine it would be perfect in summer months.

excellent location, in a quite area 5 mins from Palm nova and Magaluf, small shops right next door. every staff member was absolutely brilliant, great entertainment for children, breakfast was excellent. nice pool area and playground for the kids. had a lift to access upper floors, plenty of space and very comfortable, very quite area at night. would definitely recommend if staying in that area.

I liked everything 90%. I know this hotel kids friendly, so I can't say that too many kids.

No courtesy room to allow you to get cleaned up if you had a late flight. Tried to extend room but hotel was full so had to use pool side toilets but showers in poor condition

Apartment and hallways could have done with a lick of paint and a couple of small fixes but didn't affect our stay at all. Pillows were not great.

Pool was great and perfect for both adults and little ones. Our 2 year old really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and bigger than it looked. Staff were very friendly and provided us with 2 cots which was amazing.

We opted for bed and breakfast only but ate in the hotel one evening and it wasn't great. The breakfast each morning was extremely good though. Also, we had a small leak one morning in our apartment after a night of extremely heavy rain, I dried it up and that was the end of it, no need to notify reception.

Every member of staff from every department were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating especially Chema at reception. The pool is very big and the hotel is in an excellent location.
