Aircraft noise. Room was very small. No tea making facilities - provided a kettle when I requested but we purchased cups and coffee from local supermarket. Didn’t use the pool - limited loungers and pool didn’t appear to be regularly cleaned of leaves.

Great quiet location - balcony with sea view. Staff were very helpful - provided a kettle. Fridge. Bike hire.

Fantastic location, fantastic staff. Wonderfully clean, fab rooftop bar with great vibe. Lovely pool and bar. Loved the location, great balance of peace and bars. Really good access to airport and Palma, whilst enjoying beach life.

The standard twin rooms were very small. If you're a big person you might find it difficult to get in and out of the shower.

Be aware that due this hotel is close to the airport you will hear the noise of the planes. Probably it's also connected that the noise isolation of our room was not the best and we heard not only the planes but other guests.

The hotel was very nice in a very nice location close to the beach. Not very close to Palma (you need to take a bus), but all you need is around: Restaurants, bars, supermarkets. At the time we were there the swimming pool was open and it was a very nice swimming pool. Additionally to that they have a roof top terrace bar that was wonderful with a nice view to the beach. The rooms were standard for the price we paid, but we loved the small balcony watching to the swimming pool.

It was very windy the one night we went up to the rooftop bar, so much so, that my friend’s full flute of sparkling wine fell over across the table! Thought it was very mean of the bartender to then charge my friend for a replacement, and not be more understanding of the accident which was not my friend’s fault.

Breakfast was cold even though we arrive when service opened, man behind bar not so helpful, spent more time sat in restaurant on mobile.

Good location, you can walk or take a local bus to palma centre. Nice pool with poolside service, reception very helpful.

The staffs are all amazing, especially the young lads who’s on the receptionist desk. Nice breakfast. Room is super clean but has no charging ports near the bed. It’s very close to the beach with attractions

We were told there was no air conditioning? ( though there seemed to be a control on the wall) .. We were offered a hire car organised from the hotel but it was massively cheaper for us to book it ourselves...

Good location - close to beach and pleasant one hour walk into Palma along the promenade. Small room but adequate for our stay. Clean hotel and really attentive staff

Rooms were too warm in the night and it was not really possible to control the heating system of the room.
