The hotel charge euros 17 per night for use of their car park so we parked in the nice, free car park across the road.

Fantastic position just by the beach in a lovely position on the Bay. Very friendly staff, good food, period style decor. Great promenade walks from the Hotel.

The bathroom was a little dated, but very clean. Otherwise everything was great. I think it is probably one of the older hotels in the area, but it has a lot more character than the newer properties nearby.

Great location right on the beach in Roses. Lots of good restaurants along the waterfront to choose from, and a terrific sunset view from our 'partial' ocean view room (great view, in fact)! Staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet included with the room was excellent!

Good size bathroom, but standard rooms a little small ,especialy that the bed was large , so no room for bedside cabinets. Tea but no coffee on the courtesy tray

Fantastic location right on the beach . Good breakfast. Very easy free parking directly opposite the hotel, you have to cross a sometimes busy road but better than paying the high price the hotel charges. Staff in hotel very friendly, overal a very good stay

Lack of evening entertainment. Air conditioning not very effective. No easy access to transport links to airport.

There area a lot of hidden costs, parking was 27 euros per day for residents and it cost 10 euros to hire a bed to lie in the garden!! It was important to have breakfast early as not all items are replenished after a while. Overall I would say the hotel is tired. On the other hand there was some lovely music in the garden on the Friday and Saturday evenings.

This hotel is beautifully located right on the beach and the swimming pool is good with towels provided

We got the standard economy room - reasonably priced for mid-August I guess and we were not expecting anything fancy (no balcony, terrace, room with a view etc). However...it was very tiny and without any ventilation - first-floor interior - so the window looks onto a tiny courtyard floor just across from storage rooms of some sort and a passage window. The air is stuffy and there is no light. The shower is also ridiculously small - and we're not big people.

The location of the hotel is just perfect - a few steps from the beach and easy to get to the town. We loved breakfast - the selection and quality were great. The pool is lovely too - it's at the back of the hotel (next to the parking lot and street) so that's a bit strange and noisy...but the pool itself is really nice. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming, for the most part (the guy at reception was not - barely cracked a smile when we were checking in), however, dining room staff and waiters were all lovely and made up for it.

The waitresses at the dinner time were really unexperienced.

Very good situation, next to the centre and in front of the beach. Good food for the money paid and plenty of options in the buffet. The room was also great.

Breakfast was pretty good but crowded. Reception was slow and not very welcoming.

The hotel and our room was beautiful and clean. We also had a wonderful partial sea-view from our balcony. I really loved this room.

Eye-wateringly expensive parking - 27 Euros a day - and a charge of over 2 Euros a day to use the safe in the bedroom (!). The buffet breakfasts and dinners which were barely warm and poor quality
