The water in the shower, which was delightful, was hard to regulate; it went from frigid to hot, and every temperature was in between.

The location is ideal for exploring; it is within walking distance of many sites and museums. The metro stop is a stone's throw away, too. The breakfast had many options available to suit all dietary needs and wants. The receptionist and other members I interacted with were very friendly. I'm pleased and intend to return here again on my next trip to Madrid.

Somehow, room was smaller as I expected.

A middle rated good continental breakfast was provided. Outlook to the Royal palace. Kind and helpful reception guys. Functional room. I would say, comfortable bad.

The toiletries are so minimal. When traveling, it is very inconvenient to be bringing a lot of toiletries because most just travel with carry on luggage's so we rely on the hotel to be able to provide toiletries.

I like the smell of the beddings.

For cleaning the corridors they were using some weird stuff, I did not like the smell at all. The bar could be painted to some friendly colors, it is heavy and outdated.

Amazing location, a view to the castle. Really nice room, although not new. Great value for money. Stuff was friendly, they restarted a rooter because of the internet problems, even it was late.

The doors of the rooms are not great at keeping sounds out, you can hear everything from the corridor. The room was too warm and you could not adjust the heating.

“Bad” points were minor: The pillows - as it is very often in Spain are weird. They are high and very long. We had to ask for something more standard and the staff had provided us with a bit smaller solution. It was a bit too dusty and for a 6 days stay no one had changed the bedsheets. It was too hot - and we were not able to change the heating.

The location is wonderful. We had a view on the Royal Palace from our window. The bathroom is big and it has hair conditioner and body lotion - what is very nice and important, since some hotels are limiting themselves on shampoo only … the room is exactly as on the pictures. Loved the design! The staff is very nice helpful and friendly! The mattresses are comfy.

Maybe you consider putting a bit bigger cushions, but that really isn't a mocking about, .... just for me personally. The Hotel is really good.

Very comfy place very close to the royal Palace. Can walk in 5min. to the GranVia Street. Very good located. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. Our room had a very nice view to the Palace. Bathroom was clean and good. Everything is worth the three stars.

The hotel is in a good location, clean and well decorated. There are several bus routes from outside the main door, there is a metro station a five minute walk away through the park. The bathroom was large with a decent shower, two sinks and toiletries provided. Easy walking distance to main streets (Grand Via and Calle Mayor), although there are a lot of stairs up from the hotel to access everywhere (there is a lift on one side of the road). The staff were really polite and helpful. Breakfast was €14 per person and there was always a good continental selection plus bacon and scrambled eggs. The dining room is spacious and clean.

I wish hotels would invest in nice hair dryers instead of the wall hanging small ones.

Location was perfect for us. We had a nice view of the Royal Palace. The staff made sure I had everything that I had requested. The room was very sound proof against the outside busy traffic.

Nothing really

This was one of the best stays ever! Very centrally located hotel with exceptional service. I was even upgraded to one of their suites because of the problems I had with my credit card (which was my bank's mistake and not the hotel's). The room was comfy, bad was amazing, and breakfast was very good.
