Rest of the stuff, especially housekeeper who screamed at my wife because we were 10' late for checkout. The checking and checkout process was too complicated, and spent 20 minutes trying to get a response for my call, we were locked in the parking lot. No replacement for the trash bags, that's really cheap, even for a low cost

A bit old, the furniture could use an update. But very clean. They change the towels only once per week. But they gave us extra towels when we asked.

Nice apartment with a large terrace. It was well equipped (washer, drying rack, pots and pans etc). Instructions for check-in were clear and it worked well. Convenient that they have parking. Easy to get to the center with the metro which is a 3 min walk. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants and shops walking distance from hotel. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Reception closes at 5 pm, so arriving late means you have to deal with automatic kiosks. Bad WiFi that turns on and off at random. Could hear water being piped down from other rooms, though I didn't mind it that much. The room I was in had flaking lights.

Extremely helpful and forthcoming staff. Walking distance away from a Metro station. Clean rooms that were quite spacious for the two of us. Has every feature advertised, including AC, mini-kitchen, and refrigerator.

The initial access is a little difficult having to scan passport and follow the instructions to gain access if there if the reception is closed

The rooms were a good size. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a quiet outlook so was an advantage. The hotel is Very well located being only a 5 minute walk to the metro. This metro line has direct access to the airport via Chamartin metro and Chamartin station so is very easy to travel to and from.

It was a bit far from centre of town but I knew that when booking it - plus the metro stop is pretty much right across the road and it so easy to use.

Had everything I needed and was bigger than I expected. Good air conditioning and facilities and a huge terrace.

It would be great to have more toilet paper per room instead of having to ask for more.

Space to get out of the shower was a little limited with positioning of shower screen and toilet so may not be suitable for anyone less mobile. Generally clean but looking a little dated and tired. Down side to terrace area was the wind whipping around it at night that was quite noisy!

A fantastic apartment with lots of space and amenities. Well equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare simple meals, including a large fridge and freezer. Also had a washing machine in the bathroom. Gorgeous terrace with chairs and sun lounger to enjoy views over the room tops. Comfy sofa too with quiet air conditioning.

The air conditioner was set on hot (29 degrees in the room in the first day!) and it could not be fixed in every apartment, only stoped. But the situation was fixed imediatly. The acces in the building when we arrived was a little difficult.

The apartment was very clean and modern. It has all the facilities. Two TV sets, a couch, table and three chairs. We have a special request for twin beds and we received it. Our stay has all we need.

the machine check in option is annoying as if it doesn’t work/ you don’t know how to do it there’s no one to help you and you’re stuck outside. it’s also a bit far from the main center- only a 25 min metro ride though

The water pressure in the bathroom was low, and there were no oven in the kitchen… but it’s important only for me :)

Great accomodation with multiple, good quality beds and perfect, silence flat but quickly can get into the center with metro!

The building is very close to the metro station and there is also a supermarket near. The kiosk for the self check in is very helpful as you can check in at any time.

I did not receive room according to my requirement pointed six months before. It is not fair. It is worth fulfill customers real needs. Otherwise we causa confusions. Interior acoustics of the hotel is troublesome.

The new self check in machine. It would not read my passport. Staff arriving in the evening or weekend may struggle if no staff around. Bring back the people!

Very spacious room. Having a washing machine in the kitchen was fantastic as I was in the middle of a two week trip. Effective air conditioning. Good storage. I've stated here 5 or 6 times now. Always good.
