The outdated bed with sagging mattress and unsatisfactory pillows. Our backs were aching and we could not sleep well. Beds and mattresses need replacing!!!

The fireplace in the lounge that warmed the whole hotel, where we could relax by the fire and were served wine and local cheeses and prosciutto, and the kindness of the proprietor and her delightful children. And of course the fantastic view of the Peaks.

The breakfast offering is a small continental buffet. I had assumed it was included in the price, so wasn't too bothered about the limited options - we had a nasty surprise on checkout when we were charged 12 euro per room per day for it. Next time I would bring some fruit or snacks for breakfast (and double check whether the breakfast is included in the price or not!)

A stunning location and a great base to have if you're exploring the area. The balcony for our room was massive. The restaurant serves great steak and pork in the evenings.

Uncomfortable bed, couldn’t see the nice view of the mountains from the family room. I do not recommend the top floor of the family room for younger kids for safety reasons.

Staff was friendly, location is right next to the cable car, has breakfast for 8 euros, a restaurant and bar.

Nothing to complain about here - one note though that if you want to go up the cable car, make sure to book in advance.

A lovely hotel right in the heart of the mountains. Friendly staff and a good meal at the restaurant. We had drinks in the cafe too which was very pleasant. We had a family room just for one night and it was exactly what we needed.

Rooms need update. Take out the bathtubs and make modern places to shower.

We asked for a double bed, instead we got 2 single beds. The room was quite small and the smell from the kitchen entered the room.

The location is spectacular. The hotel is clean, friendly staff.

just a suggestion, there is no disabled access to reception, however a portable ramp outside for the steps would be most helpful.

hotel was in a lovely location, close to Telerifico, unfortunately it was not working but this did not detract from our visit, the area is spectacular. The staff were excellent especially the lady who waited table while we were there, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She was very pleasant, courteous and caring, also very hard working with a lighthearted attitude. The staff were very caring and helpful with me as I am disabled and needed help getting in and out of the hotel.

My room on the first floor was reachable by the staircase but i am not good with negotiating stairs at the moment and there was no handrail for the top 3 steps just before the bend. There is a lift and this was directly opposite my room but the light bulb was broken and that part of the corridor was in complete darkness. Difficult. To try to leave early (0715)the next morning was particularly arduous and potentially dangerous, negotiating the darkened corridor and attempting to use the stairs - backwards and with luggage - to reception because the lift was switched off until 0730. To try to explain all this to the staff member was a challenge but a waste of breath.

I believe i was the only guest that night. Service and welcome from the staff was excellent. My room was on the first floor and the mountain views were fantastic. I was the sole diner in the beautifully rustic restaurant and dinner was very good with a main course of a couple of grilled river trout. Quite expensive though at about €65. Breakfast was typically continenetal and was ok.

It would be better for more power sockets for family use, we had to remove the TV plug in order to have two sockets as there is none in upstairs bedroom.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great for walks and ski lift. The food in the restaurant was really good.

Brilliant location in the heart of the Feunte De bowl, if near the road. V nice balcony with our room, definitely worth asking for. Very good value. A nice, 'honest' hotel.
