Beware of 5th floor sea facing room. Yes it faces the sea but sitting on balcony you can’t see it as there is a high brick wall on balcony!! Apparently for safety reasons.

Just total luxury. Warm pools. Adults only sections. Good pool chairs friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous location

This is a beautiful hotel and the Red Level adults only experience was excellent. From check-in to check-out everything ran smoothy as it should at a 5 star resort. The staff are ALL excellent, polite and friendly but not obsequious in any way. The heated pool was a bonus we were not expecting but lovely to have in March. We enjoyed the Happy-Hour drinks and apreciated all day coffee /water and soft drinks as included. There are lots of sunbeds in the adults only area so there was no stress finding a spot to sunbathe in. Breakfast was very good. We didnt try the hotel restaurants as prefer to eat in smaller local restaurants, there are 3 towns within a 10 euro taxi ride so that was easy to do. We would love to go back !

The idea with booking restaurants and most of the hostess ladies there. They are quite incompetent and hardly helpful ( except Daniella).

Nice territory, good room with a perfect view, very welcoming service next to the pool, good night shows. Special thanks to Oxana, who made our evenings in restaurant great & to the team of red level pool bar for their hospitality.

The phone right next to the loo in our bathroom was a bit annoying as it kept falling onto the floor! No idea why it was there!

Beautiful setting, spacious room with great extras such as a decent hairdryer, lots of plugs & mirrors, huge comfortable bed & big bathroom/walk in shower etc. The pool was warm as a bath and so lovely to relax. No loud music, perfect. Always plenty of sun beds. The staff were friendly, professional & nothing was too much effort for them. Loved the free snacks & drinks in the afternoons. Breakfast in the Oasis restaurant every morning was a treat. Lots of choice. The hotel was a short walk from Alcalá town which has a couple of amazing places to eat (we only booked breakfast as we like to eat in different places). Perfect holiday.

The staff didn’t understand gluten free foods in certain restaurants. Steak restaurant tried to pass low quality beef as Angus ribeye, however, they immediately refunded the money when we complained.

We checked in at 3pm, by the time we had read through the information and realised we needed to reserve a table at a restaurant of choice for dinner we were unable to. Reception were unable to reserve a table either. So for the 1st night we didn't have any dinner which was very disappointing.

Check in was delightful, the best check we have experienced - and we stay in a lot of hotels. Breakfast, the coffee and snack corner plus the 5-6pm drinks and food selection was excellent.

This is part of a larger resort which is not adults only, while there are adults only areas and an adults only pool, the actual resort is all ages - this means any dinners, evening entertainment or use of the main areas is likely to have children, we stayed during half term and there were many. Some elements are overpriced, including the room service which was €15+ for two Fantas and the pool bar service.

This hotel is amazing and part of a larger resort with everything you could possibly need inside, the weather was brilliant and the heated pool is an excellent touch. We were given champagne on arrival and felt well looked after the entire stay. There was live music (harp, saxophone, violin) some mornings which was amazing and really added to the luxury of the place and the peace and tranquillity. Breakfast was part buffet but also many made to order options which were incredibly fresh and added to the experience. All food was high quality and well prepared - there were also lovely snack options in the afternoon. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants to chose from in the main area - we ate at the steakhouse and the Asian restaurants which were very good - the Asian was our favourite! Mohammad who helped us with our luggage is the best person in customer service we have ever met, his smile is infectious and you can tell he truly loves his job and the people he meets. The spa was amazing!! The best facilities we have seen in a hotel, they have everything you could want and well managed slots ensuring it is never overcrowded - entry was only €20 for 2 hours if you stay in red level and free alongside any treatments - we definitely recommend. The massages were incredible, we felt well relaxed and looked after - they also used the best clarins products. We definitely would come back and had a brilliant stay. One truly amazing touch is that they have a free ironing service for all your clothes - meaning no ironing outfits on holiday! The hotel room was beautiful and the the bathtub and walk-in shower combo in the rooms is a very nice touch.

we booked adult only but after 6pm you couldn’t get a drink unless you went over to the family area. There were no adult chill out lounges and most restaurants allowed children. so really it was only Red Level Adult until 6pm.

We upgraded to a villa which was beautiful. There’s only 4 but amazing.

This hotel was amazing!! The service was first class from arrival to departure!! I got engaged here and the staff went all out to arrange it with my partner . We were even sent 2 bottles of champagne one for the engagement and one for my birthday. We will deffinately be coming back it is now a special place to us which holds the fondest of memories.
