Very narrow stairs and noisy when guests on 2nd and 3rd floor pass by. The cleaning- specifically during the stay should be improved - to clean the floor, kitchen, bathroom and leave clean towels. Alternatively could also leave cleaning mop for the bathroom to collect water from the floor; after the cleaning lady we found that luggage was moved around and shoes from the floor were directly dropped on top of the clean clothes in the suitcases - not proffessional at all. We didn't really use the kitchen, although it looked well equipped. 2 people would be comfortable, but also manageable for 4 as will, sleeping on the sofa.

You could hear the upstairs neighbours walking around at 1.30am and early in the morning. Hard to sleep from if you’re a light sleeper. If you expect to use the kitchen, be aware that it’s a rental place and not a fully equipped kitchen.

There was no broom or vacuum in apartment. I believe we left much sand. Also apartment bit worn out. especially sofa. and doesnt look clean. But for short stay that was not an issue.

Excellent location in Palma and good access to the airport. Staff were very accommodating. The apartment was very comfortable, great shower and comfortable bed. The kitchenette was enough for a stay in Palma with washing machine.

If I can find something negative I would only say that the access to the appartment is not suitable for diseased or handicaped people due to very thight entrance stairs.

The floors were pretty dirty but I didn't make a big deal out of it since we use indoor flip flops anyway. The place could also use better lighting, specifically in the bedroom and bathroom - we were there to attend a wedding and it was a challenge getting ready. Having full length mirrors in the bedroom was great though!

Julieta was very easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. The place was perfectly situated! It was close to the main street so it was easy to grab a taxi to the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby and loved that the best gelato shop was around the corner. The airconditioning was great and having a washer/dryer was super convenient. Appreciated that the sofabed was all made up when we arrived, not to mention how comfortable the bed in the bedroom was. Netflix was also set up in the living room TV. All in all a lovely, comfortable place to stay when you're visiting Palma.

We liked everything about the place and we had everything we needed, water, welcome candy, even a couple beach towels and a beach umbrella. The location is fabulous, a block away from the Cathedral. The host was very responsive and friendly.

No lift so had to lug the suitcase up very narrow stairs. The first step is very high, so if you have knee problems, this accommodation is not for you

Loved the central location, loved the apartment decor, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby but it was quiet at night. Public parking garage a couple of blocks away.

Nothing really - just to be aware that the stairs to the apartments are very steep - I was aware of this and it wasn't an issue for me and I was on the top floor but something to consider if you have limited mobility

Just be aware there are steep stairs going up to the apartment. It was fine for us, but if you have someone with limited mobility or just a lot of luggage, I would recommend getting apartment #1 instead of 2 or 3.

Whilst appreciating the steps are steep the most difficult bit was the depth of the steps, especially the first one from the street which was very high for short legs!

Excellent apartment with good facilities. Very central location, easy to walk to all the major tourist sites. Good communication from Julieta and Santiago. Good airport pick up and return by Santiago made our visit much easier due to our early flight times.
