Instructions for the room were in Spanish. We would have liked it in the booking.com preferred language or English.

The room was very quiet. The view from the balcony is stunning.

Elevator was out of order for three days on arrival so we had to walk 5 stairs with our luggage. It was fixed afterwards and can happen but this was a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately after two days we got very noisy neighbors who were partying and stayed out on the terras until 3pm. Although the organization has no fault in this and they even took action, it surprised me how well we could hear everything through the walls of our bedroom. I guess in pre-season its fairly quite, in the mid of summer when all apartments are full you will clearly hear other people around you.

Good size appartement, view outside is amazing, location is great. Restaurants and harbor are around the corner. In pre-season nice and quite. Staff is VERY friendly, helpful and speak well english. They make you feel welcome and communicate very well. When we complained about loud neighbors (shouting and partying in the middle of the night) they immediately took action and called them the other day

A bit far out of the main town and not a lot to do in the small village.

Great view from the balcony. Nice location and small village feel. Nice space and great elevator - we enjoyed the space and the ease of coming and going. Also close to a rocky beach.

Was a bit further out from Altea than I thought but some research by myself would have shown this better, but a nice little area by the port with bars and restaurants and a nice little (stony beach) beach and beach bar.

Good space, nice views and large balcony with seating and loungers. Air conditioning was excellent and plenty of facilities to use in the kitchen.

Would have liked a kettle, this is essential for English. In the twin bedroom had table lamps but no where to plug them in.

Bathroom very functional, but a bit tired and needs refreshing.

Great outlook from balcony over the Marina and sea with far reaching views towards Benidorm. Great receptionist, Alina, who was very helpful and had a great personality. Free parking in Marina area, a couple of minutes from the apartment.

There was no parking at the hotel as it stated we had to walk down the room to the marina to park and we had an early start after our 2 day trip and it was hard work to get the car and come back for the bags but over all stay was great

no parking offerred even though Booking description states that paid parking is available. we got apology from the staff that they should have changed the text in the booking. so, that was misleading information could not connect to wifi in a room

Location is a bit limited for things do to, need a car to explore. No free parking Cleaning kit supplied was a bit limited (it would have been good to have dish soap) Missing any coffee/tea supplies which was a shame. A small welcome pack of items would have been nice.

Views from Balcony were lovely, rooms were clean and tidy.

we were told that there was parking available , when we checked in and asked about parking to be told there was a free one on a waste land and the other on the port car park at € 20 + a day it was a pain to go out knowing that when you came back there was little chance of parking up

No wifi it says there is but it’s impossible to connect and the Receptionist didn’t know what the problem was as other guests couldn’t connect either.
