Fair for this price in Bilbao, we enjoyed the location and ability to cook something. We arrived early, but before discussed with customer service, that we can leave luggage and spend some time in common areas (lobby). As you can see hotel offer 24/7 reception desk, but when we arrived at 6 AM to leave the luggage, there was only a security, who unfortunately doesn’t speak English, we tried to explain him and show confirmation from the Booking using Google translate, after 10 min discussion he allow us to enter and leave the bags and was so kind to allow us spend time in the lobby. But before he was claiming that we need to wait 8 AM till receptionist came. Room is small, but you can find all required stuff there for stay, location is perfect, near the city center, breakfast is nice :)

I think it's a little expensive. And we tried to put the two beds together but they have a different hight so this is not really possible.

Every else. Very kind staff members at the reception and also the breakfast is very tasty with friendly staff. In august you only have to pay 5 hours of parking in front of the hotel because the afternoon starting from 1:30pm is free of charge.

No aircon in the room, and with an open window it was noisy, at least street side rooms. Not the cleanest room, floor/ surfaces a bit dusty.

I arrived late, and had told them I'd be arriving at 5am. Despite this, the security guard was extremely rude and was complaining and tapping his watch. As if he had something better to be doing. It was a bad start. Breakfast! It's in a local cafe which is quite noisy and unfortunately not very generous. The coffee is decent but you get half a sandwich and nothing else. I overheard some other guests complaining and the receptionist was like "well, you didn't actually pay for it did you?" She handled it pretty badly. A bit of customer service training would go a long way!

Location was very handy, really near the Train station.

Mattresses were utilitarian.

Breakfast at a local bar was satisfactory. The apartment was comfortable enough and clean. The parking cost extra but was necessary and secure. Front desk staff Maite was just lovely, and very, very helpful and welcoming.

The area is a little scruffy, but only a block outside the city centre region, so not really an issue at all.

Great value, with everything a solo traveller would need, plus areas to work and helpful staff. The area is okay, near a metro/rail stop, and it is walking distance to everything you would want to get to and well connected with public transport. The staff are great and helpful.

The location is somewhat problematic, in a part of town mostly populated by the "new arrivals" to Spain, but it is only 100 meters or so from the very safe central part of town, and we walked those 100 meters fast. We never felt threatened, and if we were coming to Bilbao again, and the price was right, we would probably stay there again.

A very nice apartment, clean, and functional, with a kitchen and bathroom. Close to the city center. Breakfast includes a ticket to the nearby café to get a pastry and a cup of coffee, or tea, or hot chocolate.

The rooms are tired. The shower is a strange small slippery sit down bath where standing to actually wash is challenging. Breakfast is in a cheap local cafe a short walk away. It was an EUR 20 to use the basement carpark.

I like the idea of supporting a public body - University. The staff were very helpful. Cleanliness is good.
