Another guest arrived after the 11pm quiet hours and was staying in the room above. The floor squeaked at every step. Perhaps an area rug in the room above would provide some sound proofing.

The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. They provided coffee and croissants in the room. They were able to stamp my peregrino credencial.

I stayed for one night with my family at the Hotel Rural La Pedriza and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is located very well for hiking trips in the mountains or walks to the city. The service was great, very friendly and accomodating staff!

The self-catering kitchen facilities need improvement. There were no drawers for storing clothes. The TV was quite small.

Very well located for visiting the Guadarrama national park. The visitor centre and car park for La Pedriza is about 1 km from the hotel. Very quiet location. Free parking available. Helpful owners/managers on site though many aspects are DIY. Large dining room and lounge.

There was no heating and cold floor, but there was air conditioning.

Large room. There were no problems with hot water. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the teapot is in the common area. Breakfast is included (milk, juice, croissants, jam, muffin, apple and coffee). Interesting design. It was possible to leave stuff after checking out.

This establishment is outside if town in a nice quiet neighborhood located fairly close to the Guadarama National Park visitors center. It is a half mile to downtown Manzanares. We chose a room with a terrace so we could sit outside at night and star gaze. Very little city light to detract. Communications to get entry are great and room is clean and comfortable with a snack provided. We love it here and hopefully will be back many times

I liked everything. Only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t quite open yet because it was early May!

Second time we’ve stayed here. A little bit out of the centre (5/10 minute walk) which is perfect in my opinion as it’s lovely and quiet in the evenings. Nice hotel to stay at. Breakfast is basic but good.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Although there is no cafe or restaurant in the hotel, they leave some croissants and speads like butter, marmelade in the room and coffee machine to make a quick coffee. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. It's not in the center of the village but everything is in a walking distance and easy to reach. Perfect for rural leisure and hiking in La Pedriza.

A variation in the breakfast would have been good but I am grateful that the owners provided a breakfast.

The room was cosy. The pool was lovely and spacious around for relaxing. The breakfast was minimal served in the room. It was in a great location with peaceful surroundings and easy to walk to the town.

Location was pretty good. Breakfast consisted of croissants, butter/jam and drinks left on a tray in the room. We could not find any utensils in the kitchen. We had difficulty getting into the premise. There was no one around. The place looked deserted and run down. We thought it had closed down for business. We finally got in after calling the phone no and getting the instructions from the owner. We had booked two rooms. Our friends’ twin room had the smell of cigarette smoke which they were unhappy about. We would not stay here again.

Although hotel advertises deep cleaning not everything was as clean as it should be. Things like remote control and fridge were grubby

The lighting is extremely dim. The hot water was turned off on our arrival, so we had to take cold showers the first morning. I had to call to ask about entrance, I should have automatically received some communication about the process before I got there.

The balcony was wonderful for having a glass of wine sitting watching the sunset and stars at night. There was a pool that was totally refreshing after a hard day of hiking in Pedriza park. There was also a fig tree with delicious rip figs on it. The kitchen had utensils and materials not in the room that we could take to the room. The entrance code was straightforward and ket access was very easy.
