No grabrail in shower. Shower tray very slippery, reported the matter. Everything about this hotel is excellent.

The water pressure in the shower is too strong for the shower head. When you turn on the shower, the head moves up, causing water to shoot out of the cubicle onto the floor. It is a small point but annoying, particularly as I had to mop the water on the floor after.

Overall pretty good. My wife twisted her ankle walking from the hotel to the outside seating, which was down an unmarked curb. Absence of lift didn’t help.

The lift is through the kitchens so not very convenient, also the place needs a lot of maintenance now.

A typical and good example of a busy Spanish Road house hotel. Very friendly staff, good food & drink, will be staying again on the return journey.

Details of how to find your hotel are inadequate. You only state "Autovía A-31 Exit 40, La Roda, 02630, Spain" however you fail to mention that there isn't an Exit 40 if you are travelling on the A31 in the direction of Madrid!! Had you done this we would have known to have taken Exit 41 and then travelled back down the Autovia in the opposite direction. In the event we took a side road (not an exit) off the Autovia which just added to our problems. I should add that we had already driven 300 miles, it was dark and raining!!

Very uncomfortable bed with sheets you could see through and towels that were almost disintegrating. No toiletries of any kind.

excellent location at junction 40 on A31 perfect as an overnight stop on the way home from santander. The hotel was clean , the rooms were comfortable and the food and drink was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower attachment was broken, this meant the shower head would not stay in position, so i had to use the shower manually. This was not a major problem but it should be fixed. The breakfast was a little disappointing, a menu in the room to make choices would be helpful. The cafe/restaurant was very busy so we understand that staff were working very hard and perhaps would be easier to summon for assistance during a quiet period.

Sorry i did not note names, but the young man at the reception desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was nice to see again the staff who helped us check in on our previous visit in January. Room comfortable.

Be careful in the shower, the water suddenly went scalding hot for a second or two for no apparent reason a couple of times. The car park has cameras but no other security which was a bit of concern for our bikes but we had no issues.

We stayed here for 1 night on a motorbike trip on our way back to Santander. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were spacious with a decent bathroom. There was a large TV that I could connect to my phone to stream films. Although we were next to a motorway you couldn't hear it. The restaurant was cheap and cheerful with a good selection of meals that were good quality. I would definitely stay here again on route to the south of Spain.
