Our room was comfortable and a good size. Lovely bathroom. Only downside waa the few steps up to the room from the floor level. We had a heavy suitcase but we managed. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of options. We tried the restaurant on our 1st night and the food was good. Wine also. Not too expensive. Also used jaccuzzi which was on top floor with a view across Seville. Wood stay again and recommend.

Rooms were facing the street so could be a bit noisy at times. Not enough parking available at the hotel so had to leave the car in another parking building which was 5min away

Great location, good breakfast, very confortable beds and rooms are decent sized. Staff is very friendly and approachable. Asked for 2 twin rooms connected to eachother and hotel fullfilled request.

we did not take the breakfast and it was not possible to take it on the last day as we had to leave before the opening, it was on top of the room rate and they did not wanted to refund us…

too noisy in the room. we were waken up by every car or group of people that wass passing by. you have to improve the isolation of tbe windows!!! it is a must!!! if not, we are not coming back

The pool is just a plunge pool rather than a swimming pool.

The area the hotel is situated in is just across the river from the city centre, so is convenient, yet is quiet and interesting in itself. The hotel is modern and well appoointed with very friendly and helpful staff.

The bar was somewhat limited in its offering but there's loads of bars in the immediate surrounding area.

Paid extra for a river view but not much of a view.. pool terrace area very small. The rooms are dated and could do with updating.

Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been great. We had a terrace that was underneath the steps up to the public terrace, so it felt quite overlooked and the music was loud. The room was noisy during the day from neighbouring rooms / being next to the lift.

Very noisy hotel. Insulation poor in rooms so that there was excessive noise at night to prevent restful sleep.

If you want to use the gym and spa you need to book at reception and get a key. That might change as Covid recedes.

This is a very stylish hotel with a superb Terraza bar and pool to relax beside. Breakfast is excellent. The Triana district is full of excellent authentic bars and restaurants. Seville centre is a 10 minute walk.

The sound proofing was quite poor as noise from a neighbouring room kept me awake one night.

The room was nice and spacious with a comfortable large bed. The hotel as a whole was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly.

The incredible noise coming from a kind of huge ventilation shaft on the roof and starting around 6AM that wakes you up. We asked to change of bedroom for this reason and the very kind members of the reception accepted it but still, that noise if disturbing and difficult to understand what it is for. We stayed in the room 316 for the 1st night and the 318 the next ones. If you are looking for something REALLY quiet, maybe look for something else but like I said before, it will be difficult in a city like Sevilla, Spain is much noisier than our Belgian deep campaign (and we own a villa in Spain close to Denia as well, I mean we have quite a lot of experience with Spain...)

The location, the view (at least if you book a room with a terrace watching the Guadalquivir), the kindness of the members of the hotel, the price, the design of the bedroom, the king size bed offering a superior comfort.

Underground car park is a bit of a squeeze if you have a large car, but very useful.

Excellent location on the river, with views over the city from the rooftop bar. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. The city tour bus stops right outside if you don’t fancy walking into the city.

Location. Beautiful views across the river & city, especially from the roof terrace. Walking distance to the city centre and cathedral. Fantastic area for tapas. Extremely easy access to enter or leave the city by car.
