the streets around the hotel are noisy (a lot of restaurants and pubs). In particular the first night there were people having party in the street until 03.00 am. Any case the second night were very calm and without particularly noise

Not enough hot water in the evening when people return from skiing.

Location was excellent - literally just around the corner from the bus stop and the many outstanding restaurants in Vielha. Stylish hotel. Our room had a balcony and fab river view. Great wifi. Friendly staff. Nice secure ski room. Great breakfast - particularly liked the fresh juice machine. Dinner good - not exceptional but many great restaurants nearby. Free parking a short walk away and can park outside to unload luggage. Well priced hotel - we will stay here again

In the morning it was impossible to sleep because you could hear doors opening and shutting from the whole hotel. Soundproofing definitely deserves to be better. Aslo parking which was advertised were busy (though public parking was really close)

Good location, near center. Doesn't have private parking. But 5-7 mins by foot from hotel are big public parkings.

A pub around the corner with his live music until 11.00 pm was extremely annoying. Not the hotel's fault at all but the Town Hall's, which should not allow such events in the first place, if just next door to hotels with their guests.

Clean and well kept mountain-style hotel, with a nice, warm atmosphere right in the center of Viehla and next to the Nere creek. Friendly receptionist, good restaurant with a prompt service and some bars to enjoy a drink. The nearby parking, although public, is perfectly safe. A place to book again.

Very thin walls. I could hear the people next door making conversation, having sex, hear the women shouting and the man screaming. Barely slept. No noise isolation what so ever.

Our room was located right in front of a nightclub, which on the first night we didn’t mind as the noise stopped around 2am, but on the second night we both couldn’t sleep until 4/5am. So id recommend trying to ensure you have a room located to the front of the hotel!

Noisy at night, poor sound insulation. Staff setting up for dinner when we arrived for breakfast. Booked room in the belief that it included breakfast - it included one breakfast and the other had to be paid on check-out, not a problem but I’d have preferred being told at check-in. Bedroom very dull with not enough lighting.
