I have requested to refund me one night out of two I was staying in the hotel, as it was extremely loud as in the hall, also it was like no walls between the rooms. could hear every move of the next door. hotel even haven’t come back to me.

Equipment in the rooms is very basic, walls are paper thin and there is a lot of sound from the neighbor rooms,

External pool and other activities, the stuff is very helpful and nice, rooms are clean

Not the right place to get some sleep at night. Washing machine runs all night at the ground floor which will keep you up at night as the rooms vibrate along the machines every hour. Super thin room walls and connected ventilation in the bathrooms will make you listen everything your neighbors say and do. Older man in the reception was extremely rude and made us very unwelcome. No way to treat a guest who is simply asking for help. Breakfast quality went from good to really bad as we stayed for more than a week. Spanish omlettes were a day old, mushrooms simply went bad, tea bags probably decades older.

We had a 4 night stay here & really enjoyed it, the food was lovely, hotel staff very friendly great entertainment, the beds very comfy the rooms a little dated but very clean, well manitained, fantastic location, would definitely stay here again. 😀

Bathrooms seem to be back-to-back with another room, joined through an airing cupboard with a boiler inside. This would usually be fine but I was worried about covid-safety and getting the people next door sick.

I had to stay in Ibiza longer than expected as I caught covid-19 and was ill. The staff were brilliant and brought breakfast to my room everyday, making sure to ask what I wanted. They also made sure to keep all staff members safe too, which was a huge improvement on the hotel I had previously checked out from who didn't seem to care. Rooms were comfy, nice balcony, plenty of space. The hotel facilities and pool looked great too although I didn't get to use them!

The food is horrible, the staff are so rude and you feel like you’ve been put into prison. The staff shut the doors and turn lights out at 23:00. No warning, no goodnight or thank you. If you buy a drink you can have a nicer glass but not all inclusive

The hotel is extremely dirty and has no cleaners working on the outside pool / bar area which encourages birds to dine at the hotel too. I liked nothing - not one thing about this hotel

Bed bugs in bed, bitten all over, lack of parking and guidance for over spill of parking, fend for yourself they said. Dirty shower, rude house keeping tried to usher me out of my room before check out after letting themselves in without knocking

The staffs are friendly. The restaurant and swim bar service very good and the restaurant staffs are friendly too. The food of breakfast and lunch, dinner are delicious and lots fo choice. The location ie good and the bus stop is just opposite of hotel. The room is quite big and comfort. The are some evening performance of music group very good.I am sure I will come back again when I visit San Antonio.

Hotel was VERY noisy and we heard everything what neighbors did. If someone was in their own toilet we heard it.

Breakfast was good. Many options. Location was near San Antonios centrum.

It was so far away from the beach and San Antoni town, that I couldn’t work and go see everything I wanted. That made me really sad and I felt disconnected from the local culture as this hotel is just surrounded by resorts and tourists. The food wasn’t good either as I’m vegan and gluten free and the only choice was salad. Although it was clean and the staff were great, I wouldn’t stay here again due to location and food.

It was very clean and lots of amenities on the property.
