In price you pay for, it is expected that water bottles are provided free of cost. Parking is available but very narrow entry/exit. Outside swimming pools are too small and not heated.

I would have liked to have known the superior room was in a block where renovations were ongoing. It was quite noisy. Also for a renovated room there is no excuse for a very old and rusty mini fridge. There was no way we'd store anything in that.

The lovely staff make this hotel the place to stay. Every single one was genuinely helpful and always with a smile. The location is fabulous too. Very authentic and pretty. A special shout out to Josu, the life guard. What a fantastic asset to your hotel..always ready to help, chat and goes out of his way to make sure every guest is happy!

I had spoken to the hotel in advance about my vegan diet and although there was plenty of variety for grilled vegetables, rice and potatoes for dinner and oats, nuts and vegan milk for breakfast, I would have appreciated a bit more variety on the protein side. The gym was a bit small in terms of size and equipment but the beautiful pool and spa definitely made up for it!

Beautiful room with sea view, loved lounging in the sun! Very quiet, especially in the evening. The dinner buffet was really nice and the hotel staff were very helpful for additional requests, namely a car rental. The spa is beautifully built and very quiet too!

My only issues were there the TV in my room was not functioning (not a huge deal) and there was a distinct, not so great smell in my bathroom. I also would have enjoyed being told more information about the restaurants / bars that were open outside of the property.

Amazing property with gorgeous views and easy ocean / beach access. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also a highlight with so many delicious options!

They had a very nice indoor pool that was supposed to be warmed up but it wasn't warm every day. Some days it seemed like they didn't turn it on. Their dinner buffet is rather pricey, 30 euros per person and their café/restaurant is overpriced as well. We could eat cheaper in town. We were there in March which is considered off season so almost everything is closed in the neighborhood. The next small store is about 10 minutes away. That didn't bother us, but good to have in mind :)

Almost everything was perfect! Staff was friendly, everything looked beautiful and the view was stunning. We really enjoyed being so close to the ocean and being able to go for a swim. Breakfast was good! It's Easy to go to Palma with a bus that stops right outside the hotel.

Lovely view. Breakfast ok - not so friendly here. Great room with sea view and coffee machine, robes etc. Bathroom needs updating. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Disappointed no proper bar area with comfy sofas - was more of a cafe. Loved the outdoor space. Got lost getting off the bus as the driver was unhelpful!

The en-suite bathroom was very cramped. The restaurant whilst providing an extensive choice hardly offered an elegant dining experience.

Excellent location with very good facilities. We had a spacious balcony with lovely views over the Bay of Palma. The food was very good value with a huge choice.

While the outside space is okay for now, some significant investment is going to be needed soon to replace all the paving, steps and railings etc as they are showing signs of age. Not an easy task with the hotel being on multiple levels on a cliff front. The steps keep you fit but not suitable for some people. When we turned down the offer of help with our cases we didn’t realise quite how many flights we had to carry them. ;-}

The hotel provides all that is needed for a good holiday. Great views across the bay, though you will need to go up and down some stairs to see them. Plentiful breakfast and easy access into Palma on the bus (though we got a €15 taxi back as a more comfortable way to travel. )

Our room was a little dated but we understand it will be refurbished during the 'close' season.

Excellent breakfast buffet offering everything anyone could want. The staff were lovely. The pools and sea great. Our room was fine for the length of stay (5 days) but we will probably go full sea-view suite next time. We will stay again - lovely spot yet convenient for Palma. Several good bars and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended.

I found the layout of the property very confusing and poorly signposted. The steps into the sea were very slippery / dangerous as they needed cleaning from the inevitable build up of seaweed scum from the sea water. This could so easily be cleaned.

It was spotless and I loved the daily linen change.
