We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Israel1) You need to call the personal to check in/out. 2) they made us feel as not wanted and had many requests as if many guests give them problems (since Lloret de Mar is a destination of party people). 3) The location is problematic, not a very pleasant center in Lloret de Mar. 4) Couldn't open the window due a chimney with lots of smoke in front. 5) The building is quite uncomfortable to move inside with luggage.
The apartment has everything inside, full kitchen, washing machine, etc.

FranceAircondioning leaked water onto spare bed so we had to place bucket under and it dripped all night keeping us awake. Kettle black inside and smelt bad. Nice central location, but difficult to park car nearby to check in.
