Outdoor pool a bit too cold

The pool was very cold. I wished the outdoor pool was better heated so we could enjoy it more.

The evening entertainment could have been better and there was a lack of space around the main pool

Best life guard job in Spain. Didn't see more than 20 people in pool in total in 5 days. The reason? If you could swim at World record pace for 5 miles, you may just heat up to a little less than Jack Dawson, just before he disappeared to the bottom of the Atlantic, in Titanic. It. Is. 🥶

Great size and modern apartment, with everything you need. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and all cooking utensils. Great staff, very professional and helpful. Cheers Tony for the early check in.

The pool is too cold.

Everything mostly! We stay every year but always wish the pool was heated, hardly anyone can enjoy the beautiful pool because it’s too cold, even when we stay in August - but everything else about the property is perfect!

Good location, near to the beach and a 20 minute ride to the Malaga airport. Appartment was clean and spacious. Good equipment and in good condition.

Was afraid that in pictures it looks better, but it was exactly as in the pictures, everything clean and staff really friendly, has a food store in the building. Haven’t tried the pool inside. Have sunbed policy “use it or lose it”, so brilliant for the people that don’t just occupy and come later.

Ridiculous amount of rules as in beyond stupid...swim caps indoor pool,no inflatables at all in any pool...no jumping in...no longer have a lounger if u don't sit on it for an hour...everything around this has a charge

I liked the staff... particularly the guy who checked me in...can't remember his name but Sebastian also patient...the room was unreal...perfect size perfect location ie pool and close to reception

Everything was more than excellent, there is nothing to complain about. The apartement was spotless with all amenities needed, the service friendly and professional, the location was great. There is a pool for kids which was great. Very recommend.

10am check out is exceptionally early, particularly given the 4pm check in also. We could only find out the day before if “late check out” (until 12pm which should be standard) was available and there was a charge of €20 for this. Also the check in process was quite lengthy and unfortunately when we arrived there were a lot of people checking in and only one receptionist so we were waiting half an hour for this.

It really did feel like home for the time we stayed there. The staff were fantastic and the what’s app to contact concierge was so useful and efficient. The cot was set up for our baby as requested (spotless and included an extra thicker mattress) and when we texted the day after to ask if they might have a high chair and baby bath, both were delivered to our door within minutes. We were in the building with the lift for ease with the buggy and also had a washing machine. We used the indoor pool which was a more suitable temperature for the baby, and the outdoor pool was lovely for adults. We were so sad leaving this accommodation after such a wonderful stay.

Our apartment was right beside one of the 2 swimming pools, but for some reason was closed. Also no English TV available.

May be hard to get sunbeds at pool in high season as limited. Room only cleaned once in 4 days and no fresh towels

The check in was very complicated. We had been initially assigned an apartment outside of the main resort ( there are different buildings connected to the resort ) which was not ideal travelling with kids. Also the pool in that part we were initially assigned to was closed but the lady in the reception had told us it was ideal as we had the view of the pool. I had to clarify kids like to use the pool not look at it. After a lot of frustration we were called that it was possible to have an apartment in the main part of the resort very close to the pool. This one was perfect except the smell of cigarette was crazy but we had 2 kids tired from the flight and we were tired as well so we took it and it took us 2 days of airing the apartment to get rid of the smell. Employees entered to the apartment in several occasions without us knowing it. Not only the cleaning days but also just to drop a paper announcing the cleaning day instead of just dropping the letter under the door. I was getting ready to leave and then I just saw someone entering to drop the letter. Very weird I never had that anywhere else They charge for everything the gym , the indoor pool, the mini golf sticks, the towels for the pool The water in the pool is incredibly cold. Impossible for babies The kitchen is well equipped in terms of tools such as toaster, mixer but no peeler or a decent knife ( only bread knife is available). When I asked they told me they avoided sharp objects in the apartments but accepted to lend us a knife during our stay :)

The location is very good. Very close to the beach and many shops and restaurants around. There is also a pharmacy open every day not too far from the resort which is always useful We tried the restaurant in the resort and it was very good price quality and super nice waitress. The apartments and beds are very comfortable and the distribution and spaces are quite nice. The terrace is great for sunbathing or just having drinks they have a special tap in the kitchen with drinkable water to avoid the plastic bottles this is a great initiative
