On site underground parking garage. Staff very helpful coming out to direct getting car in and out in light of narrow spaces and difficult corners. Desk staff very frrendly. Location good, short walk to cathedral. My room had windows and small balconies on two sides with wooden shutters (nice) but some increase in street noise. Elevator. Rooftop terrace with view which I was told about day after check in.

Absolutely nothing to dislike although I did find the pillows too high and hard for me, but that’s a personal preference.

A wonderfully authentic property in the heart of old world charm Toledo. It’s tucked away in the heart of old Toledo amongst little alleyways, tiny bars and restaurants and loads of history - a real idyllic setting! The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and a good breakfast is included. We had a wonderful stay!

Our room was on the first floor and there was a bit of street noise. Really, there is nothing else we didn't like.

We've been to Spain several times, this is one of the best hotels we've had. Bathroom was spacious for Spain. Had blow dryer, had air conditioning but we didn't use. Had space to stow suitcases. Very clean. Staff were wonderfully helpful and mostly spoke English. Sheets changed every other day. Breakfast onsite was good but a little pricey. What's hard to convey about this hotel is that you feel like you're staying in an art museum. Plus, do NOT miss the wonderful roof top area, you can go there, have a drink and see most of Toledo at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic little hotel in a typical building in the heart of Toledo. Added bonus of a roof terrace with wonderful views across the city, great at sunset. Good breakfast from the ladies in the restaurant every morning. Glad we got a taxi from the station!

This is not about the hotel but be aware if you're driving, the city streets are very narrow to get to the place, barely enough width for a compact car.

Good location, close to the cathedral and downtown. Beautifully remodeled old building, rooms have every thing you need for a pleasant stay. Basic but good breakfast included in our reservation. The terrace in the third level is a nice detail, you can enjoy a 360 degrees views of the city. Parking garage was a convenient feature for us driving.

This is no criticism of the hotel at all, but if you choose to drive to it make sure your car is of a medium size and less than 1.65m tall. There is parking availability but do not expect a huge garage. The roads up through the barrio are very narrow and do require a certain amount of bravery, a passenger to act as lookout and wing mirrors that fold. But I will reiterate, this is not a criticism, merely an observation. I honestly cannot offer any adverse comment. The hotel is more than we would have expected.

Location, location, location - perfect. Everything you wish to see in Toledo is within easy walking distance. The hotel was of a boutique style but very comfortable, very clean and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was value for money, the staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly the owners/ managers. There was a roof terrace that offered spectacular views across the old quarter of Toledo. Simply fabulous. This hotel was truly a gem, a real find.

All went very well! Unfortunately, But, the take away system along with the unsatisfactory plugging system in the wash basin, in my room of 211 I feel needs attention. The plug did not hold the water, and it drained very slowly. But I was more than happy with the room. Thank you, and pleas thank ALL the staff I encountered

I liked everything about this place.

The location was perfect. Loved my private terrace and view of the church and Dali Museum and nice restaurants in the quaint alley below. Clean, quiet, even had a small refrigerator. Close to all attractions, easy bus ride to the Figueres-Vilafant train station, many shops, groceries and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. But the two gals at the front desk were the best! Lovely ladies. Thank you gals!

This was an easy hotel to feel at home in. A welcoming smile from staff every time we passed the reception area was nice. The hotel is in the old town, quiet yet so close to the main sights. We liked the breakfast experience which was gentle and calm - orders taken and food nicely presented. The coffee was very good too!

The hotel is amazing - a true gem! The room was super clean and breakfast was good. Also, the location is super, in the old town but not in the busiest street. Also, the balcony view is amazing - grab something to eat and go enjoy the view.

It was very convenient to breakfast in the hotel with very flexible times. It was good to be served at our table. But, the clatter in the serving area was unpleasant as it was right next to the seating area. Also the lack of variety of cereal or egg dishes was a shame. The croissant was too big and sticky to be a croissant! The breakfast could offer a choice of cheese, fruit or bread.

Wonderful location and the building full of atmosphere. Angel, part of the management team, was very helpful and encouraging when I needed help.
