There was a drainage problem we think relating to the maintenance and filtering area fir the pool Not disturbing the facilities and pool was clean and very good. On breezy weather and returning from beach walk you could get,a,whiff of stagnant water smell on passing the filter maintenance area.

location of the Hotel was best on the strip. On the small peninsula which have spectacular viewing of the beach. Very clean beach. And a low level area, not too many tower blocks, so open views and from terrace you can see through to the lake side and see sunset.

Parking around the hotel was difficult unless you paid for the hotel car park ( which was seldom used )

Lack if parking and being unable to pre book a parking space. After a very long journey, I did not want to have to then spend time searching for a parking space. I appreciate it was a busy time, but feel the hotel could do more to make this easier for clients. No coffee and tea in the room. Very important,

The lift- very bumpy and we got stuck- door opened onto a wall and it was very scary being there. No one heard the alarm and afterwards said that the lift is often temperamental. We discussed it with staff afterwards and they were sympathetic and offered a change of rooms on a lower floor but would have preferred not to have gone through the experience in the first place. It was the only down side to a lovely stay.

Great location, pool was bigger than I expected from the pictures and never as full as I thought it would be. The hotel is very clean. Room was a good size with very comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast very nice- great range and always lots left even if you come down quite late.

The view was very very disapointing for what we paid for. We were on the 1st floor, 3 beds cramped into a double room facing a neglected looking building and a large ceiling over the hotels sauna.

Choice was good in restaurant and staff very pleasant. Location was perfect as we wanted a beach front hotel just didnt get the fabulous view we were expecting.

Great view from our lovely clean room, Fab breakfast choices and the staff were all lovely from reception staff, restaurant and bar staff and cleaners. All welcoming and helpful.

Because of the location of the hotel this nothing to do there. More for quiet holiday. Few cockroaches on floor downstairs. We even brought one home in our cases. Bar service very slow. Girls not friendly and serve only top tables. Cocktails need some more alcohol in it. Very weak for 4 stars service but price is good 👍 night shows is nice. Different singers for different tastes.

Location is good. Sea view is amazing. Rooms clean. Big choice of the food. Very clean. Service very quick. Spa has a great masseuse. I advice you to try her relaxing massage. You wouldn't regret.

Found it difficult to find at first and would have like some instructions on how to get there- the main signage was hidden by a palm tree and we missed it and ended up in a one way system 😂

- Way too expensive for what we got (i.e. price absolutely not justified) - View from room on first floor not good - Dinner & breakfast with very plain, boring taste - Drinks not included for dinner (not even water or juices or soft drinks), i.e. needed to be paid for - Bar staff a little unfriendly, and only spoke minimal English

Great rooms, sea view, facilities, you have everything you want inside the hotel, you can live there basically; you have kind of interior stairs to the beach . Really good food, a lot I might stay; and for every rude staff member you had 2 great to compensate for the other. A bit weird the rules with the drinks from the restaurant not taken to the bar and other way around, but nothing to be bothered about. Overall, a great stay, really loved it there

Staff seemed to all be in a bad mood. When you asked a question, it was an obvious it was an annoyance to them. No eye contact and you got the feeling they just wanted you to leave them alone.

Fantastic location with water views on 3 sides.
